I would lik to give a special thank you kaylyn on austin hwy. I ordered 6 pizza on 9/8/25 and 2 of them were dry and my thin crust was very hard. But she was also the only one there literally by herself. So I call back today and she answered and I explained what happened and not only did she remake what I call and complain about she kept a amazing attitude through it all. She was sent rude or nasty and she never once ask for the mess up order back. Kaylyn keep up the good work and positive attitude because one day u will be store manager. God bless u. And thank u for the remake.

Mike and Paul here were cool guys. I showed up what the munchies on a budget and Mike was more than patient to get me the most bang for my buck. For under $10 i ate more than I should have. Great customer service. Lastly and most importantly They don’t short you on portions.

Unreasonable delivery prices and delivery driver scammed me into paying an unreasonable tip.

One of the drivers had their delivery car parked outside right where you walk into the building and their dog was inside of the car. The car window was open and the dog barked at me and almost bit me. Also I would not appreciate having my food delivered with a dog in the car

This was my first Marco's pizza order I wasn't too impressed. We needed something quick as we got home kind of late and Marco's was open. The cheese bread wasn't very soft or cheesy. The pizza was also kind of dry. I also got a salad and the cheese and meats were kind of just sliced and thrown in the box. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't something I'd pick up for a party or anything.

Inquired about my delivery order that was a promised delivery time of 7:45 (order ahead) 25 mins after 7:45 still no pizza... I called to ask if there pizza gloves keep pizzas fresh for a good while as to, my delivery was behind. I let the lady know I had a broken stove so, could not re-heat and I would have to call back if it was cold. Well, lady on the phone took it extremely rude and actually hung up on me as I tried to speak. I tried to call back and my phone call was ignored. Definitely not recommending this location.
Luckily Pizza was fresh and tasty always.
