This is simply beyond ridiculous and so stupid that i am having a hard time writing this review! All the staff including manager is either drunk or drug addict!!! I am serious and if you don’t believe me then please find out by ordering a pizza and they will give you some stupid reason or tell you your address is not correct!!I live on the street where other people live too! It’s not like a made up street name or digits.Marcos team indicated that, my address i gave them is where they went!! Are you serious guys ???I called them many times and they said we left your pizza at the front door. Then they said, someone answered the door and they said we didn’t order pizza!! This is what I being told by the manager!! I repeatedly told them my address and they keep saying that that’s not a correct address!!By the way, this is not the 1st time they did something like that. My 11 year old just wanted a pizza so I ordered even knowing, i may not get the order!! So sad and stupid this people who’ve been doing to people like me and may be so many families.This is the RIM location i am talking about. Guys save your time and craving for something else and please don’t ever order Pizza from this place EVER!!!!!

I will NEVER order from here again and if anyone reading this plans on getting something from here I would think twice. This went straight in the trash and I’m out the cost of the sub, delivery fee, and tip. I’ve ordered this sub from a different Marcos location and not once did it look like this. FYI this was suppose to be the 6” Italiano sub.
