I placed an order on the app to be ready at 11:05 pm. It was 10:30 when I ordered it. I figured it was plenty of time to be ready on time. But unfortunately, when I got there, I was told they were waiting on the cheese breadsticks and stood there another 12 minutes before my food was ready and handed to me. I scored the atmosphere a bit low because as I stood there, I started to notice a very unpleasant smell that seemed to be coming from the restroom area out into the dining room. It only took me 5 minutes to get where I was going with the pizza. When we opened the boxes, we found they were cold, and the cheese sticks, though hot, were not cut enough to come apart easily to serve.

The Pizza is delicious. I would order pizza from here all the time. I also like the small dine-in option, that's pretty cool for a takeout place. Service is OK, I don't think it's any different than any other restaurant. Wait time is a little long, but that's OK because they (in my opinion) offer a higher quality product. I love Marco's, it's amazing!

We Love Marcó food, but customer service is getting terrible, I had a bad experience last week, this weekend 12/29 I decided to give one more chance, but I got more disappointed. I got in the store and nobody was able to attend, after 10 minutes waiting, a girl approached and looked at me without saying anything and she sent somebody else to attend me, after another 20 minutes waiting she looked at me again and threw my order on the table without saying anything, so I assumed it was my order and I took it.Very unprofessional people working here.Seems like this person doesn't like her job, she gets mad every time she gets an order.For sure you need more better trained staff.

I'm at a hotel nearby. I offered to meet in the lobby but the driver was fast and came up himself. Pizza was hot and loaded up. Double pepperoni means double here and that's a solid win for me every time. I genuinely haven't had a run this smooth ordering pizza in a minute. Wish I had Marcos by my house.

Had to wait extra 25 minutes after the ready time online. Others waiting over an hour. Evans/stone oak location is always under staffed and overwhelmed which leads to unhappy customers. One person ahead canceled order to get refund. They are very busy/disorganized. Owner needs to staff accordingly for weekends. Pizza has been good though, time to hire more staff please!!

The manager on duty I think her name was Eelaina was great! Her professionalism after injuring herself was above reproach! She ensured every order was correct after she made sure the area was clear of hazards. The whole team was welcoming and did there best to clean up and welcome each guest! So good to see honest working people!

I have been a loyal customer of Marco’s Pizza since they opened a few years ago. But my recent experience left me deeply disappointed. After placing an online order, the app estimated a 20-minute pickup time. I arrived punctually, only to be met with a lack of acknowledgment from the two staff present, despite being the only customer waiting. Even the owner, who was present trying to resolve a display issue, passed by me multiple times without any acknowledgement.After a wait of nearly 10 minutes, a staff member finally approached me. She seemed unaware of my order and told me my pizza would be ready in a couple of minutes. However, 10 minutes later, I was informed they hadn’t even started preparing my pizza! When I decided to cancel my order due to the prolonged wait, the owner displayed a surprising level of agitation and pointed to his own problems with the store’s display as an excuse.Customer service is paramount, and this experience was a letdown. Accurate communication and setting the right expectations are vital. Sadly, I felt my loyalty as a regular customer was not valued on this visit. Hoping for better experiences in the future, but I’ll be thinking twice before ordering again from this store.
