We have had excellent customer service at this location ~ Donna has always taken great care of us! The pizza is fresh with a decent amount of toppings, cooked to perfection & delivered quickly most of the time! Satisfied & regular customers/ pizza lovers!

We never had anything but great quality pizza from Marcos! We always do pickup - the pizza is always ready in the expected time and the staff is friendly. Our favourite is the steak with white sauce. Crust is also cooked perfectly and ingredients taste high quality. Their two for Tuesday deal is the best!

We love Marcos pizza! There are always great deals. One of our favorite pizzas is sausage and pepperoni with a seasoned crust.

Every time we have had Marcos they have been nothing but the best as far as customer service and the pizza is always great! The staff is amazing & truly makes me love this place.

This is the worst marcos pizza I have ever dealt with. Ordered a couple pizza for pick up and when I got to the store I was told they were already picked up and they would not be remaining the order.

The pizza and brownie were ready on time and I picked up at the drive through. Both were very good. However they messed up the order... pizza order which was lacking onion on the veggie side and pineapple the other side per request.

This location used to be so great, but has really gone down hill. The customer service has tanked. On more than one recent occasion, when pulling up in the drive thru no one would come to the window for over 5 minutes. Today after the person came to the window, they mentioned it would be another 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, I went into the store to find the pizza was already done but no one had given it to me in the drive through. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged by any one of the multiple employees in the store. On a previous trip I had a similar experience and other customers were also noticing the female employee working the register and drive thru was inebriated or high on drugs. This location needs a customer service overhaul!!

Save Your Money. Don't waste your time or money here. The staff doesn't seem to take anything seriously and treats customers poorly. I had an issue where they shorted me on cheese because they were "running out." When I brought it up, they laughed it off on the phone and basically told me, "That's just how it is." It’s unacceptable to skimp on what customers pay for. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

Marco's Pizza on Potranco, I'm only one customer, but this is one customer that you don't have to worry about coming back to your location. I placed an order online around 6:30 pm and called to make a request for one of the pizzas. When I came to pick up the pizzas, the same lady who I spoke with handled the transaction. I was presently surprised when she offered to check to the pizza to ensure it was made correctly before handling them over. The total for my order was $22.99. I gave the worker $23.00. She then gave me the pizzas and concluded the transaction. Before walking away, I proceed to ask for my change ($.01) and the receipt. She opened the till to get the change. A few moments later I left with the pizzas, a receipt and the change. I'm shocked and appalled to have received a call from Amy (someone else) nearly 2 1/2 hours later that I wasn't charged and payment was needed insinuating I didn't pay for my order upon pickup. I don't appreciate that notion that I took a product without payment aka stealing. I will not be back.

Macro pizza ❤️ . Just enough cheese and sauce. Jose was the kid’s name . Kudos to him that pizza was made right and hit my crave.

Pizza is good but the service is horrible. Ask for delivery and 30 minutes after my delivery time still nothing. I called the store and it's still sitting there. They said they only have one delivery driver. Always something with this place. I don't understand why people who own franchises don't take more pride in their business and train employees properly.

This location makes great cauliflower crust pizza! Half Philly and half chicken fresco is one of our faves! Only place we order from now and their delivery is pretty quick, even on the weekends

It's great service very nice employees and a very clean environment and food was hot and delicious thank you ?
