This is our go to Marco's our last order for a pizza party there was a mix up however the manager Brandy listened and understood my frustration and completely fixed the situation even delivered us the remade pizzas which was a huge help. Thank yall so much for making things right always love the pizza

Once again this Marcos has greatly disappointed us. We have continued to give them a chance, but we just received our 5th order from them that was made incorrectly. For years we have had no problems ordering with special dietary needs. This is no longer the case. They have fixed the problem every other time. They refused to fix their mistake today. Shame on you for not having more pride in your customer service. Shame on you for not delivering on a customer request. You have lost a customer. And I promise I will continue to share this experience forever.

Busy night for Marco’s I’m sure. Ordered 5 medium pizzas for delivery. Received 4, no big deal. I notified the driver and he confirmed I was missing a pizza. Called the store to notify them, spoke to ANDREA who stated she’d take care of it and get me a refund. Today is Wednesday and nothing, no refund no credit, nothing. TERRIBLE!

What a disappointment. Had a meatball sandwich delivered and it was all bread. The meatballs were the size of a quarter and very little sauce. The salad was the high point of the meal.

This place has the most incompetent delivery staff. (The driver was wearing the Marcos uniform so it was not a DoorDash issue). They have gotten our order wrong a few times and I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Our last order we ordered a 2 liter with our pizza. The driver came to the door handed me the two pizzas and started to walk away. When I told her we ordered a soda she grabbed the receipt and the looked at us and said “Oh I didn’t get that” , we asked if she would go get it and she said “well honestly that would take another 30 minute drive, you should probably get your money back”. That is ridiculous. We should receive everything we paid for. Horrible customer service.

I got a Large pizza. Lots of pepperoni. Very greasy, went through the cardboard. I did not like it at all. That's me personally of course. Not getting that again.

I had an awesome experience at Marco’s Pizza! The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious but what really stood out was the service. Quinten went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect and that we left happy. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work and cares about the customer experience. It's the best national chain in the area, by far. This location is very consistent. They give a good amount of toppings, which I appreciate, and the drive-thru window is convenient.
