PLEASE SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. We ordered our food and never received it. We called multiple times asking for an update and the management team told us it was a few minutes away. After an hour wait their manager named “Marco” said they would give us a refund but we never received it. Please go to Sofias pizza instead. These guys will rip you off.

Ordered carry out, drove 35 minutes home just to find out that the order was all wrong. Called the store and was told to bring it back to the store. Not driving an hour and a half for them to fix the problem. They lost another customer today!

This place was my go to for pizza but after one order one evening, I will not order here anymore. I placed an order for delivery by 7pm. Pizza wasn’t on its way until 715. I live just a few miles from this location. I get notification that my delivery driver was near at 8pm. Waited another 15 minutes, and it said it was delivered. No delivery guy, no pizza. I call the store and before even asking my order the manager said it was “delivered to wrong house” and said they will put another pizza in. I asked how long and they said an hour. At this point I just wanted to eat and I asked to cancel the order and provide a refund. I wasn’t rude at all. The manager just says “ok” with no apologies or the like, and it’s been almost 30 days with no refund. Thanks for taking $27 and a tip for a driver that delivered to someone else.

Being preemptively asked to tip is bad but it's made worse when no attempt to earn that tip is made.To the Hispanic looking gentleman on the clock at 2:58pm (10/22/23): I genuinely hope you find work that fulfills you. I'm not sure if Marcos is that place based on the temperament you displayed to me. Also, I completely understand avoiding giving me your name. I too would've been ashamed to give my name after having such a rude interaction with a client.

Ordered Marcos online at 11:38 am delivery time scheduled for 12:08 pm got my food at 1:23 pm. When the food arrived the sub sandwich I ordered had caught fire somehow. The paper of my sandwich was literally burned into the bread. The sandwich and the wrapper were black. I called to tell them and they said they would resend it. It would take roughly another 2 hours. They informed me they only had one driver. I don't think they should be taking any delivery orders if they can not deliver. I am completely understandable and if I could give zero stars I would. The pizza was cold and dry. I'm sure from sitting for two hours after we ordered.

So upset!!! First they took way longer to prepare the pizza than the 15-20 minutes I was quoted. I tried to ask them after 25 minutes of waiting and they kept ignoring me. When I finally got it almost 30 minutes later, it was wrong!!!!! Never apologized for their mistake; they even acted upset that I brought it up. She yelled at staff to remake it. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait for another pizza because I was already late to take my kids to ccd class. So now everyone is hungry and will continue to be until class is over and they were late!!!!!

"XL" pizza is the same size as large.They just cut the slices smaller.They've done this once before, so it's not just this order. See receipt and slices in picture.Complete rip off. Pictures can't be argued.What mental gymnastic reason do you have for this, manager?

Every time we come for hair cuts every 2 weeks we have to wait about an hour and pizza place here is perfect but ordering here is a pain in the buttI ended up leaving and going to little ceasar down the road at Talley coming back and continued to wait for our hair cuts. They do not allow walk in carry out ordering door is locked. They did not allow call in ordering, so all your left with is ordering with website ordering or app. Which would be great if the website/app worked the way its supposed to. Drop down menu doesnt each time work so unless you want to build your own pizza where each topping is charged going here is a waste of time. There is no customer service at the location and ordering delivery takes forever food is always cold and expensive. In the future I'll be going back to my old location to order Marco's pizza and for now I'll be buying domino's across the street and I'm done trying to order from here. Back when the pandemic was a mess I understood their procedures but now it's just sad and owners are losing out on a lot of money. In the hour while waiting we saw 5 people try to go in but cpuldnt and left. If 5 people ordered 50 bucks that's $250 in revenue they lost and that's just in that one hour.
