We hired Marioli in October 2024 to make an Italian dinner for a crowd of about 50 family and friends. She was very easy to work with and customized the menu to our tastes/requests. We had salad, spinach ravioli with mushrooms, pesto and sundried tomato-stuffed chicken, roasted veggies, and THE BEST focaccia I’ve ever had. Our guests raved about the food. We would absolutely love to work with Marioli again in the future, and highly recommend her for any catering event.

Marioli’s is delicious! She catered a family event - fajitas for a big party - and it was so tasty! She brought everything to us - including all the sides and utensils. It was a great experience and so delicious. We’ll definitely use Marioli again!
Love the tacos n desert tarts are my favorite ?
The best garibaldis. Thank you!
The cochinita pibil is life changing! I love all of her food though!!
Project pollo its not Marioli Mexican cuisine .Great staff with delicious food soon to open new location on san pedro ave and H-35 i can't wait my kids and i loved their food and peices.....
I lived in San Antonio about 5 years ago and this is the restaurant I miss the most. A hidden gem. Great ceviche, great chile relleno, fantastic cochinita pibil tacos.. oh, and they make the best desserts too. I haven't eaten better cheesecake in my life.
***The entrance to Marioli is now in the back and up the elevator to the second floor*** The restaurant has changed and so it is delivery and catering right now but it is still my favorite Mexican food in San Antonio! The tacos are amazing. Try their Al Pastor! Mmmm Mmmm Mmmm The special breads are better than any that I had in Mexico City as well.
They make decent street tacos. Offer a lot of varieties. So many that it would have been helpful to know what the difference were. It was a bit off putting to find pineapple in my al pastor for instance. I'm sure it's not the usual, but there was just standing water in the floor in front of the counter, probably the area was better monitored when they had dine in options.
The customer service provided is very poor. I went during my lunch break. My food had a hair in it I called and the only response was “okay.” I didn’t even get an apology. First time and last time

Great tacos and all you can eat!? Will be back for more!
The pastor tacos and bistec tacos from here are the BEST in town! So delicious. The Guacamole, Tortilla Soup, and Ceviche is also sooooo good. This is a FAMILY OWNED business so let’s show our support for our locals! They do cooking classes (before COVID) and the staff are always so polite and friendly. The inside is nice! Love it here.
Great tacos! Highly recommend
A small cozy family cafe. Excellent home cooked cuisine, more of a Southwest (Arizona/New Mexico) Not very big, lovely folks running it. Give it a try! Clean, pleasant
Typically I really enjoy the street tacos and my fiancé enjoys the tortilla soups, it was our go to place - portions were huge and they always loaded our order with extra sauces and other condiments. This last time however the portion size for the tortilla soup was cut in half however was still $10, which was pricey for tortilla soup but the portions used to be so huge it was okay! I don't think I can justify paying $10+ for less than half a pint of tortilla soup. On the other hand, I was so lucky to find 5 hairs at the bottom of my plate. One hair is an honest mistake but 5 hairs seem negligent on the sanitization and hygiene of the staff. Really sad and disappointed, hope they were just having a bad day but honestly turned me off from returning.
