As always, it was a fantastic experience. The food was great, and the service is great. Tom was our waiter and he was absolutely on point. We were, however, surprised by Bill because he was so friendly and kind and conversational. Typically the people that seat you at Mariposa are not very friendly. Bill really stood out to us and it was exciting to see someone enthusiastic about their job. Way to go, Mariposa.

My husband and I Took my mom for brunch and everyone enjoyed it. The food and service were great. There's a nice outdoor balcony where you can sit in cooler weather. Particularly appreciated that everyone got warm popovers and also a warm cup of chicken broth as free things that accompany every meal. A nice touch!

This nice restaurant is inside Neiman Marcus. Tasted fantastic and ambiance was terrific. We opted for the bar to avoid any wait. The club sandwich was so delicious and bread was soft. Burger very juicy. Side note, that broth was SO good, surprisingly!
Some cons - pricey for the food. I didn’t like the fries, I prefer skinny fries.
Overall, we’d be back for something simple and dainty. Bar server was nice and refilled our drinks promptly.
Our waitress took 30 minutes to come by our table & it wasn't until I flagged her down we wanted to order she took our order. Our food took a very long time to come out & she never checked on us. Again I had to flag her down to ask for our check. After a while I see her serving other tables & I had to ask her again if she'd processed our check. 2 hours later we left
Staff is friendly and professional. Love being served the Neiman-Marcus traditional warm broth and popover for starters. The presentation of the food is excellent. I will go back soon.

The server offered the special of the day and I asked her if it was spicy, she assured me it wasn't. I told her I have a medical condition that I can't have anything spicy. The plate presentation was very nice but when I tried it was extremely spicy and I couldn't eat it. I called her and told her about it, she offered me a salmon dish but took forever to bring it. I was getting desperate when she brought it to me. When I tried to eat it realized that she had taken my utensils. I was trying to get her attention but she wouldn't see me. My sister had to get up and get me utensils. Her food was already cold as she was trying to eat slow to wait for my food. The waitress didn't even apologized. Would definitely not go back there, service was terrible no attention to detail, careless.

Food is always delicious! They changed up the grain bowl but it did not disappoint. We always look forward to the consommé and popovers! 4 stars this time for burnt popovers! Will definitely be back soon!
