Mahalo!
Local Kine Authentic Island food with flair in San Antonio!
The vibe, the people, and the food reminded me of my Aunties house in Oahu!
The food was on point and the outdoor patio was perfect for the weather.
Spam Musibi + local fried rice with Hawaiian chicken
Mochi for dessert
Do yourself a favor - you won’t be disappointed

I hate to leave this review because this place used to be so good, but the past few times I have went havent been great..the 1st time I went back i got loco they didnt have the gravy for it, I still got it, it was ok! Today i went again and they didnt have the eggs for the top of loco moco and no soy sauce😭 and my rice was not good. I am sad to see this place declining in food and service as it was my go to in the past! Really hoping for improvements.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service!!! I highly recommend the garlic shrimp rice bowl, the mac salad (so creamy), and the new collard greens in a lovely coconut sauce (makes veggies good). We also had chocolate, strawberry and ube shakes!!! Friendly kind people and great music! Please support this local business!!!

First and foremost, the woman at the counter (I didn’t catch her name) has such great customer service! Very friendly and helpful ❤️Cute little spot with very yummy food!
I got the 2 meat plate with kalua pig, teriyaki chicken with white rice and mac salad. It was all delicious! Especially the mac salad! My husband got the Hawaiian friend chicken and that was also very delicious! We also got pastries that were lovely.
Definitely coming back more often!

The food was the best Hawaiian I've had hands down. Plus the island aesthetic in the middle of San Antonio made the visit well worth it. The staff were incredibly helpful and committed to good service. I will be returning soon.

Saw Maui’s on tiktok yesterday and rushed over today. Food was immaculate, the woman at the counter was absolutely what you would want in a hospitality setting. Will be making it a regular stop. The spam musubi was killer

My partner and I have been seeing this place but never stopped in…. boy are we glad we were able to visit today! The service was impeccable and the waitress was the only one serving/taking orders/running plates, but she still made us feel like we were the VIPs.
I had the 1 meat plate with Kalua Pork with rice and their mac. the pork was so tender and juicy and the taste was insane. My partner had the 2 meat plate with Hawaiian Fried Chicken and Garlic shrimp with Rice and Mac and he said the shrimp and their chicken were not over cooked either and had a very nice taste.
At the end ofour meal our waitress had freshly baked macadamia nut brownies with a scoop of ice cream and it was the PERFECT way to end the meal.
We will 10000000% be back. Thank you so much for the great food and hospitality 🫶

Checked this place out for the first time a few weeks ago. I was craving a poke bowl. I went on a Sunday, and realized they only have poke on Saturdays. The person running the front was friendly and suggested their Sunday bbq special which was kalua pig, chicken rice and Mac salad. Everything was really good! Can't wait to visit on a Saturday for poke!

Came here for lunch on a Saturday to try this place out for the first time. We will not be back. The food wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good. My moco loco was bland ans tasted like TV dinner Salisbury steak. My wife's teriyaki beef was incredibly dry and chewy. My son's Hawaii fried chicken was also dry. Their rice was uninspired and their macaroni salad was just shells and cream. No veggies or anything. Saw this place on TV and it looked good there, but it didn't live up to the hype. They also only had half their menu available for some reason. They advertise best burgers in town, but didn't have them available. Don't waste your time or money. The lady helping us was nice, so they have that, but I also expect good food when I go out to eat.

Don’t recommend. Sad because I love Hawaiian, this ain’t it. And I live just a couple of blocks away. First the guy who takes your order no personality no customer service. No Welcome No Thank you. Ordered $9.59 loco moco lunch special with drink. Never received a drink. Meat way way over cooked. Broke the fork. Macaroni was definitely not Hawaiian style. Portion so little. Thought I was getting regular. They only advertise one size. Not fresh recooked many many times. Sorry , tried to reach out to them with no reply. Believe in supporting local businesses. But not this one. Hopefully this helps
