I always come here today food was bad and place was messy. Sherry salad had big clumps of lettuce and bowl of broccoli ad cheddar was watery. Upset on my $25 bill.

We ordered a large order and they missed one of our sandwiches and the manager did not even apologize for the mishap even though they acknowledged that the sandwich was left with them. I called twice to confirm the refund was processed but I never got it. A big inconvenience especially when one of our employees at work was left without food. No apology, no refund terrible service. This occurred 2 weeks already but am still upset I never got refunded.

The food is good and its great to have a healthier option on the SE side of town. However, it’s not family friendly as they don’t have changing tables in the restrooms and the restrooms are always dirty.

My lunch 😋 was pretty good. I loved the apple crisp cookie especially!
I ordered the McAlister Club. Save your money. This was the driest sandwich I ever have eaten. There was barely any lettuce. I would not recommend. I also order cucumbers and tomatoes as my side. The dressing tasted like straight vinegar. I will not be ordering from them again.

Food is always good, cater services is great but when online order ALWAYS double check at pick up. Missing ingredients in salads, like the chicken on my chicken salad, or dressing, sometimes minor stuff but not cool when you’re paying $15 on average for a lunch meal
Staff seemed bothered that we took Alil time to look at the menu before walking up to the counter, then the hot foods came out cold and the sandwich bread was HARD.. also this isn't a kid friendly place especially for parents with infants or toddlers. High chairs doesn't make it any different.

There was a hair in my sandwich, the person working in the back wasn’t wearing a hair net and the potato chips were soggy, they never offered me for my money back and when I asked to speak to the supervisor they did not say anything
