The front line had no one taking orders for 5 minutes, so a long line of folks waiting. The staff was just talking in the back and they clearly saw us. The problem is the general manager. Their credit card machine broke down, and they asked me to run my card 3 times. When I asked if my card would be charged multiple times, she rudely said I could go elsewhere and began to berate me.

First time ordering from this McAllister‘s and the food was wrong. I ordered a sandwich with extra tomatoes and pickles received neither.

Potato soup was watery and potatoes were still hard. Ruben sandwich had little to no sauerkraut. When asked for “extra” sauerkraut they wanted to charge us. We asked to replace soup for Mac and cheese and even that was disgusting. First and last time ever at a McAlister’s Deli.

I love McAlisters! The food is always served fresh and they give good portion sizes. They also have a good rewards program that allows you to get free items the more you spend!
We received amazing service from a young cashier, Isbelia. She was very welcoming, friendly, and was super helpful with our order. She is a very warm person to greet customers when they first come in and order. We’ll definitely be coming back to this location!

Wife drive 20 minutes to pickup a lunch order we placed online the day before. Was told by staff that the their system messed up and they didn't receive any orders. Staff then proceeded to close the drive thru door in her face instead of even offering to fix the issue.
At that exact time we got an email from Mcalister's corporate saying the store failed to receive the order and it was being refunded. Absolutely ridiculous. You had 23 hours to notify us if there was an issue with the order and did absolutely nothing to rectify it.
I know y'all don't care, but we'll not be doing Mcalister's ever again. Unreliable, unwilling to correct a mistake, and horrible customer experience.
Oh! The cherry on top is that their drive through touch screen was broken too. So, just goes to show the poor management. Can't even keep you won house in order. Embarrassing.

I don't know what all these one-star review Karen's are complaining about. This is my second day in a row eating at this location and I had only eaten McAlister's once before a long time ago. And let me tell you this is my new favorite Deli spot . I didn't realize how good McAlister's was. And if it's because this location really put care into the order then maybe that's what it is but definitely coming back at least to this location. Whatever other Karen says entitled people complaints
