My daughter and I went in for lunch yesterday. We took our food order home. It was delicious. We had the harvest chicken salad. Staff was very courteous, and they were working hard to take care of customers. As we waited for our order, we noticed that the majority of tables had dirty dishes on them. That led me to believe that they were understaffed. We were there around 1pm. I felt bad for the staff that was there doing their best.

Food was good! Fast service and every side, sandwich was GOOD. I love the kids meal, big bang for your buck. Employees are always nice and helpful. The restrooms were a little messy and it was slow so I took one star for that.

The food was good, however we came in at 12 pm on a Monday the place was empty and more than 8 tables were incredible dirty, floor and bathroom also very dirty. They should have a person cleaning specially if it’s not busy and this early in the day. The management or owner should do

Food is always fresh. Service is hit, or miss. Sometimes it takes 15 minutes for a sandwich and other times 40 minutes. Sometimes our tables have not been cleaned and the bathroom was out of soap and the hand sanitizer was empty. Like some other places, some days are good, other days are bad. Mostly good though.

This place has gone down hill. I always get the Ruben. Today me and my husband stopped by for lunch. I got the Ruben and my husband got jalapeño crunch. We waited and waited. People coming in after us were being served. 30 min still so I complained. Our meals came. I had maybe a teaspoon of sauerkraut a thumbprint of cheese and it was cold!!!!!! I won't be going back. Oh and when we went in no one was at the counter to take our orders for a good 10 minutes.

The sandwiches do not taste the same do not have enough meat and the soups are watery very poor food one starDietary restrictions: Food is not good very chintzy all bread no meats
The food took a long time to come out and there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. The portions were tiny. The potato salad looked like they just used a small spoon to scoop it out. The tomato cucumber salad was squishy and turned my stomach. The meat on my sandwich had so much fat on the sides it was chewy. I never leave bad reviews but for the prices that McAlister's charges the service and the food should be much better.

Did pick up order and was told it would be 5 more minutes and had me park by a side door so they can bring it out. Cars behind me came and went and still no order. Had to get down after 15 minutes of waiting and ask for it and it was just sitting there so the worker lied about bringing it out and I was late to work from lunch. Didn’t even get an apology.
