Keep getting watered down coffee. I drink black coffee so it's really obvious. Out of all the McDonald's I've been to it's the only one that does this.

The food here, as with a lot of fast food places can be a hit or miss, in terms of the temperature and packaging of food. Sometimes the food is well prepared. However the other day the fries were horrible and cold from a one to two minute drive home with no delay of eating the food. I have eaten inside only once and it is a small space combined with a gas station. However, I will say as far as the interaction goes with the employees I have never noticed them being rude, so that’s a plus for them from me.

I ordered inside. Counted 27 drive thru cars get served, all while several people inside ahead of me still waiting for their orders. I quit counting, went next door to convenience store, returned, still waiting on order. Meantime, those drive thru cars keep moving.
Update: standard response from them telling me to contact them. Why? You know what the problem is just fix it. Funny...

I don't come here often because they always manage to get my order wrong and they succeeded again. Ask for a sausage egg and cheese bagel and I get the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I was the only customer in line so they couldn't have gotten it confused with someone else's. At least the girl at the drive thru was super nice and helpful. More than likely a new hire

I’ve gone here several time over the past few weeks and it the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. My food is always cold most of the workers not all have the worst attitude. You could order a cup of water and they will ask you to pull up to a parking spot and wait till the ice melted. I kid you not I’ve never waited less than 20 mins. Foods always cold. Tonight I waited 35 mins for a happy meal so I’m done I’ll drive to another location from now on all they care about is the drive thru times once they have you park they don’t care. Too bad

Just want to thank the drive thru lady had the best attitude very happy and friendly. That's how it should be done when working the drive thru windows.
Worst place ever, employees don’t even bother to ask if you need to place an order(drive thru was not even busy) When I ask if the place was open lol…..the guy just said wait and went to the back!!! Really disappointed, I hope the owners take their business really serious because at this point all they care is about making money and not taking care of their customers

Burger cold chicken sandwich cold fries cold. The orange soda tasted like someone whispered “Fanta” over a cup of tap water. And despite the wait which had me thinking they were back there crafting a five-star meal everything still came out like it had been sitting since last week’s lunch rush. If disappointment had a drive-thru, this would be it. ⭐️ 1/5 — I’d give zero if I could. Thanks for reminding me why I keep saying “never again,” McDonald’s.

My diabetic father went through the drive through while we were traveling. Desperately needing some food. We mentioned to the drive through our that we were in a hurry and she rudely told my father that's she will deal with us when she was ready. Rude as hell!!! Im taking my complaint to corporate. We had to go find another 24/hour food place asap or my father would have collapsed. No decency at this place. Take you business else where
