Arrived at 9:46 but the floor was locked and the staff wouldn't open the door. I got my order 10:28. 42 minutes for order at the driving through. I wrote it in real time, and I'm upload this at the time I received the food. Even the person in front of me ordered the food and just left while waiting, and the person behind me just left after ordering the food.

Two cars and I'm the second one. No line, taking over twenty minutes to just get through the drive thru with just two vehicles. Uncalled from and management not running this place properly. And still make you wait Once you get to the order menu. Could take nap.

Really slow. I mean, more than 15 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches and a burrito. Some staff is friendly, some not. Place is fairly clean, but needs a bit of help. Food was on point though, and tasted freshly made and hot. Really r ally really slow though.

So far this McDonald's has not let me down once. Every order is always hot and ready for me and my girlfriend. They always have my order ready right before I pull up. Definitely a go to McDonald's for anyone in the area!
Not going to talk about the food since it is the same as any other McDonald's. My problem is that their kids meal has the same boring " toy" from the time of the 2024 Olympics. Other McDonald's has gone through 2 different types of toys already and this location is giving the same stickers. My child wants to collect the Crocs and was disappointed when they received stickers from a sport they know nothing about.
Very bad service, I had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order, I asked an employee if my order was out, the only thing she answered was that she didn't know, they are very unfriendly and take too long to deliver your order.

I was there this morning and how do u mess up a order? Not once but twice and I'm still missing 3 hash browns. I don't understand how this place keeps messing up orders. It's like 1 out of every 3 is wrong

I came in at 12:05 for lunch and approached the counter as any other patron. After standing there for some time and several employees walking up to the counter and seeing myself and another customer waiting, no one acknowledged us or offered service. After continuing to stand there, I finally asked if someone was available to take our orders. They said no use the kiosk, which I wasn't interested in due to wanting to add a few things to my burger and, unfortunately, do not have that option at the kiosk. I then asked again for someone to take my order, and the employees still refused to assist. I ended up walking out of this establishment at 12:22 pm. It's totally unacceptable and lacks custom service. I was informed that the managers on duty at this moment are Fannie and Josie. I will be contacting the corporate office about the matter as well. A gentleman explained that he has to get sales on the kiosk, and that is why he will not take my order at the counter. As a nurse, I dont get much of a lunch, and being in this area it is limited to restaurants. So, to come to an establishment and not get service is absolutely absurd.
