I went this morning thru drive thru to order #2 sausage Mc muffin with egg combo. On my way home I started eating my hash brown with no problem. When I started on my sausage McMuffin with egg and took a bite it was crunchy. I was surprised to pull over and found big piece of eggshell in my McMuffin. Immediately I called the store and was advised to take back the sandwich and got reimbursed for sandwich. I did not want another one. Check your sandwiches before you leave.

Slowest Drive-thru service ever. Arrived around 11pm & waited for about an hour in very long lines to get our order.. They took forever to take someone's order.. & they never have what we want. Always say they are out or don't have whatever we order.. Ridiculous. All other McDonald's have eveything we want.. They need to seriously improve this McDonald's location. Sometimes we have to drive even further to go to another McDonald's location because it is always a hassel at this one.

Ridiculous. Come home to open up a McDouble that has a bite already in it. Storefront does not answer phone, calling numerous times to only have once sound like someone answered and hung up. Perhaps going unheard since it's a billion-dollar franchise, but avoid this McDonalds.

Restaurant fluctuates between either badly understaffed or they have a lot of workers standing around doing nothing while orders need to get done, causing food to take a long time. Employees who are actually doing their jobs should not have to manage several stations if there's more than enough people idling around, getting paid for quite literally doing nothing. Took a long time to get food. Managers seem to treat employees unfairly at times, made even worse when they don't manage the others who aren't trying to be team members. This restaurant needs more teamwork and much nicer management, and Erica needs a better head of hair.

Rude ass people !!! Never fails whenever I go here I experience bs. The other morning when I came in it was Jan 17 this rude old lady wouldn’t help people in the lobby. She would roll her eyes at us as we waited patiently in line for our orders. She was even rude enough to snatch a receipt out my hands and continue to lie saying I was showing it to her. I continued to tell her to not snatch things out peoples hands cs she’s lucky I wasn’t looking for no trouble. And she walked away ignoring me while I was telling her why she snatched sum out my hand all rude. Anyways don’t come here in the morning cs that old rude manager is usually there . Shi I’d be miserable too if I was that old still working at Mickey ds lmao.

My food here was amazing. Ordered the chicken deluxe two of them. They were fresh! My fries were Hot and fresh also. 🙏❤️

Well first time in this McDonalds. I rarely leave reviews even if I don’t have the best experience but felt like I had to with the experience I had here.
The manager was extremely rude, older lady with glasses. Had to use the restroom and not even a hello back to my greeting just a the restroom is for paying customers only which I was there with girlfriend and she was going to order while I took care of business. Not friendly service which I’m not expecting fine dining customer service but at least the bare minimum. I was standing at the front of the register to add just a simple drink to my order and there’s 6 employees including the manager that look at me with out even acknowledging me. Waited for about 7 minutes thinking after almost every employee looked at me before I had to tell someone hey I put an order in can I get my drink. Def will drive a bit further to a different McDonalds.

This is stupid I had an emergency and I need to use the restroom and they just didn’t want me to use the restroom because I was not buying nothing I had to buy a drink to use the restroom and they had attitude this is stupid men if people don’t want to be nice working in costumer service what are they doing “working” just stealing from the company and not doing their job the way is supposed to worst McDonald don’t even deserve the one star

I come to this location being that it's right by my sons school and everytime the customer service is terrible. There's no friendly greeting, the older lady with glasses is always rude, and I can be standing at the counter for a while and still not be acknowledged. Today was extremely unpleasant.
