I ordered curbside and Jayden (i think that was his name, younger gentleman) came out and immediately he was amazing. He was funny, went back inside to get my sauce when his little bucket didnt have any, and was quick and efficient. mans deserves a raise

If your store is busy you might want to do a couple things for the customers. I was there this evening around 5:30pm and there are two lines completely full for the drive in. I chose to go inside. Below are the two things that should be standard operating procedures 1) Serve a hot meal that is still warm when you eat 10 minutes later 2) Do not ignore the guest and have the employee be taken care of 1st while there is a line 10 deep. 3) letting the employees hang out at the counter waiting on their food in front of the guest. Really? I waited 15 years to have a Big Mac and this my experience? I also worked at McDonalds 40 years ago and we for sure were never seen being vagrants hanging out on the guest side of the counter

Drive Thru workers are Rude, had to wait over 30 minutes for a 10 PC nugget meal and a qtr burger meal. All the drive thru wait spots were occupied along with mobile pickup.

How are you going to charge $4.29 for a M&M mcflurry and not mix it? Isn’t it standard to mix the mcflurry’s before handing them off to the customer?
They are fast and organized. Seems to be a bit short handed from time to time.

I like Mc Donald's , go to plenty of them across US for many years. This place is usually my go to mds when im in this area. Today's review has to do with management. I ordered a double hamburger which I only got a single. When the girl which was very polite came to window to give me drinks. I explained what happened , she took the burger and went to let management know. At this point I decided to look in store from where I was at in drive thru . I saw the kid speaking to a female manager , the manager looked dead at me rolled her eyes and snatched the burger out the kids hand and went to kitchen. This manager need to be fired immediately! Very rude and unprofessional to her staff and customers. I will be going back if she is still there well mds will definitely get a long letter from me

Honestly the guy working at night I tried TWO times to ask for BBQ sauce which I was met with him shutting the window in my face and when I finally was able to the man only gave me one and then slammed the window shut. Idk what his deal is, but I’d rather pay for the sauces then be treated soooooo poorly. 0/10 this happened tonight at 12:04am like come on for my food to look like this???
