I went in this morning for a to-go breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially Mckayla! (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) Thank you all for getting up so early and coming to work! This place sucks… to the max. Every time I go here they get my order wrong. Last week they forgot to give me 2 of my burgers in the Drive-Thru. This week they put cheese on my breakfast sandwich when I had asked for “no cheese,” I made sure to check the screen before she put in my order to see that it had no cheese - she did it correctly. I guess it’s the cooks that are the one’s that are mouth breathing idiots who can’t read a ticket. I’m never going back to this McDonald’s - across from Central Market on Broadway. Worst McDonald’s of all time. Absolutely the worst.

I was here for breakfast, after waiting over 15 minutes, the egg on my sandwich was so hard and clearly had been sitting out a while.I spoke with a manager who was not wearing a name tag, and when I showed her my sandwich she was rude and simply left me standing and waiting another 5 minutes before another employee informed me I can take a seat and they were going to remake my order.Very poor service and no communication skills whatsoever.
