This place I’ve too many times to know that it literally sucks, everyone there is rude and the food take forever and the fries sucked, they made us wait so long for the fries to taste like if they microwaved the fries from the day before.

Seen multiple employees playing on their phones instead of addressing the customers in the drive thru trying to order and get the pick up orders. Whoever was on shift tonight even the manager took forever to come to the window.

I placed an online order waited 30 minutes for a simple happy meal and when I received my order I got attitude. So I called the store to talk to a manager and she didn’t seem to care. Maybe that’s why they are working at McDonalds. Do better people… Customer service goes a long way

The tables are gross and not cleaned properly or attended. All employees are gathered around the export station. Immediately wanted to leave but I had to wait for my take out order that I had already paid for. They are more worried about seeing who comes in than cleaning up their lobby.
They were accommodating. I did not have a vehicle and i had my dog with me, so i called and asked if i can walk through the drive through. They said i can come in and just hold her and order. So i held my little one, ordered some nuggets and left. It was really quick, it was clean, the nuggets were actually nice and juicy, fries fresh, it was nice. I did my best not to touch anything unless necessary for sanitary reasons (handling my dog). They were also very nice. Typically mcdonald's tend to get orders mixed or have rude people and not very clean, but this was a good experience that outshined other mcdonald's I've been to. 10/10 Thank you to whoever accommodated!

Sucks. Bad treatment of workers, worst general manager in San Antonio by far. Excruciatingly slow to bring out food Always crackheads around lol. Only good thing is some amazingly kind workers but it definitely can’t outweigh the bad at this location

Went in drive thru 4 breakfast came home half my items were missing drove back only to not have my items replaced because breakfast had ended so she told me want to come back tomorrow 4 breakfast I was like no I want it today so then she said do u want something off the lunch menu I was like no just give me my refund for the missing items then she started to speak to me in Spanish and I was like I don’t speak Spanish and made me fill out this form just to get my less then 10$ back how freaking ridiculous!!! So ate the cold breakfast and made my whole family sick!!! Check your orders here people and make sure your food is fresh and super hot!!! 🤬
