The food is really good be careful when asking for your order because these people can't listen right and be ready to wait for a long time just to get your cup and straw usually I don't leave any reviews but I had to for this one the service at this McDonald's is mediocre at best.......

I went to the drive thru and ordered. Then went to the first window to pay, asked me to go to the second window to get my order. At the second window I was asked to pull to the third window to wait for my order. I waited at the third window while 6 cars went thru the 2nd window. I finally backed up after 10 minutes since there were no more cars and they looked surprised and I said you told me to wait at the 3rd window and I never recieved my order. They look at me and said oh did you orders , and I said yes and then they finally made my order and I left. I will not be going back to this McDonald's again.

Gave me a small smoothie when I asked for a medium, and I found a lettuce when I asked for a plain burger, just the cheese and the meat, my burger is salty when it's never to salty, the tables is also dirty, it is 11/05/25 when I order a cheeseburger for my little cousin and as he was eating it, he had found a hair in his cheeseburger
0 service, waited 20 minutes in the drive through to be ignored, drove up to the window to see if I could catch someone's eye, seen and ignored by 8 different employees. Keep driving

I was happy with how quick I got my food. I ordered on the app. However, the younger girl with blue hat and black sweater could use some customer service training. I arrived, nice older lady in yellow handed me my bag. I decided to order a beverage. The girl who called my name and handed the beverage to me was rude. I smiled and said thank you. She said nothing at all. She threw the whole experience off. Whoever hired her should write a PiP. If she doesn't feel up to the challenge of greeting the customers, she should stay in the back. I'm on my way to work, I'd like to keep my spirits up.
