The employees are very rude for night shift, if you happen to pass the intercom because it takes 15 minutes of waiting just to say you’re here for pick up they get aggressive and slam the window telling you to either go through the long wait line again or leave and not be able to get a refund giving you miss information that “you can cancel the order on the app”No you cannot do this, this location is not worth your time or money

I was actually hungry for McDonald's today went through the drive through only to get up to the window to discover that they no longer honor Or offer military discounts. BIG MISTAKE.There goes my reason to even patronize you. I guess I take my business elsewhere that is more military friendly. Have a nice day. You lost a long time customer and a nearly nine dollar order over eighty five cents..

Worst and slowest service. We had already waited 25 minutes prior to being told it was going to be another 15 minutes. What takes 40 minutes to cook? It’s always this location that is terrible. The GM needs to get better at his job and the Manager.

This particular location. I really wish when I placed an order at this particular McDonald’s I didn’t have to worry how my food would come out. 30% of the time it’s cooked and served correctly but 70% of the time it’s not cooked correctly or the order is incorrect in one or more ways. Sometimes even both. The fries are usually always limp and soggy short pieces. They should always be hot long Golden slightly crisp fries as they brag about and advertise. Even when you ask, can I have the fries well done they don’t come out that way. Complaining to the manager if they bother answering the phone, only to just let you hear what they think you want to hear but never change their ways. Sad, Sad, Sad.

Usually very good n fast. Waited over 20 mins at the DT 3rd window for the food, before my husband had to go inside to get our order. It still took him 5 mins to return with the food. I also ordered 2 pumpkin pies and an apple pie, got shorted a pumpkin pie.
