Waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 cookies. When my husband asked the cashier how long the cookies would take she said they were in the oven very rudely. Left without the cookies because it had already been so long at that point. The coffees tasted watery and old. If I could leave 0 stars I would I understand they were busy but they did not have to be rude to us when we asked how long the items we payed for would take after the 30 minute mark.

Every time I’ve come on my lunch no one runs the front counter and you have to use the kiosk to make an order. The only attention they place is in the drive through orders and no one runs the front cashier. I stood there and the manager didn’t even bother to take my order as she saw me standing there waiting. This is disappointing because I only have 30 min for lunch and have to wait for way too long to be acknowledged and then the kiosk card reader didn’t even work.

Went through the drive thru, employee handed my families food out wrong, switched the bag, and handed me the same old nuggets from the bag, and forgot the sauce. There was also 4 employees standing at the window staring, the girls shirt kept showing her back, really uncomforting. And had a bad attitude. Wont be coming back to this location.

This is hands down the worse mcdonalds ive been to. They wont even let you use the wifi. Toiletes are for customers only. The service sucks no one trys to help you and if you got a question they have to ask someone then that person asks someone else then someone who doesnt work there answers the question. And all i asked was can you sub a shake for a drink in one of the combos. This place is a waste of time.

I'm going to start by saying that I just moved into this neighborhood and was trying out the McDonald's Am I past experience with McDonald's restaurants has not been very good this time they put a young lady that had no experience in the drive-thru window and overcharged me for somebody else's order I realized it when I looked at the receipt I immediately went inside should notify them before they try to make the order that's not right instead I got nothing but rudeness from a lady dressed in black telling me that I have to wait to get my money back in my card 3 to 5 days and that it's my fault because I shouldn't have drove off without
looking at the receipt first I don't think that would have made a difference in getting my money back other than that lady being rude to me and the manager not stepping up just acting quiet I'm almost declined to go back again.
