This McDonald’s is so insanely slow even with a mobile order. I don’t know why or how McDonald’s has gone completely downhill. Left stuck at the intercom for more than 15 minutes with nobody even bothering to speak on it. If I didn’t have a mobile order I would’ve left. Two lanes & both lines completely backed up but no traffic at the windows. Just to get up there and be told to go park to wait longer. Ridiculous

This is one of the slower McDonalds I’ve been to (on drive thru). However, dining in is usually a good experience. There’s a really sweet girl there that brings the order to your table when you’re dining in and I really appreciate her as a mother with her hands full 24/7.

Waited 20+ minutes in curbside for just a drink, and when I go inside for it the lady gives me attitude and brushes me off, then gives me a half-assed watery frape. This is a terrible location with terrible service. This is not the first time this location was like this.

Charges for basic condiments. If you are ordered a custom sandwich, double check your receipt. I was lucky and saw the charge before I paid and was able to cancel the order.

This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Anytime you come here you have to go and wait in the mobile curbside order parking spaces because they cannot give you your food in any of the three drive up windows that they have. They are super slow and never have any food prepared according to what they say. It doesn't seem like it's that hot and delicious when it comes out so I don't believe it.
They make you wait to long for the food , the drive tru is not good they don’t attend you quickly .

This is by far the worst managed McDonalds location I’ve ever been to.4 people to run a drive and run the food out as if it were busy. No one at counter and you need to wait to be noticed for a coffee refill, I almost felt bad for the man waiting. The only positive about this place is the cute girl who handed me my breakfast, that’s it

The store manager Maria at this location was SO RUDE . She was working at the window when handing me my drinks around 5pm close to 6 on feb 17th , and I waited parked for over 15min!!! She was RUDE and I asked for her and she did not even come outside after she forgot my drink. I asked NICE for my sweet tea at the window and she gave me a RUDE answer back. And waited 15min and still forgot after talking to me RUDE! Thanks lady!!! For no help!!! And parking cars for that long !!! And nasty cold food!!!!
