Only reason the atmosphere got 3 stars was because on the way in their was a woman sitting their not asking for money but for a meal. I did purchase her a meal, but I noticed she was asking others for the same.

Mc Donald's forgets half your order and expect no frustration from a dissatisfied customer. There's no apology for it , I guess because it happens so often that even the addressed appropriately the manners still believe they are right. Avoid this McDonald's at all cost because it will cost you!

Honestly, I see it has open 24 hours, why is it that when I call to ask if a certain item is on the menu they say we aren’t open yet… like but you guys are open 24 hours meaning always open? Making me laugh. That’s funny I mean the food is alright, but that’s ridiculous can’t you just tell me if you have something or not and not liiiie ?

Very poor customer service, the drive through employee spoke to us as if she was in a high school fight in 5th grade (GHETTO)! Sol is a poor manager and needs training! The wait times are worst than going to a sit down restaurant. Stay away from this location!

Waited in line with no one in front of me or behind. Many workers stop to look at me but never came. A man told me about the tap screen. When I told manager about my wait and how tea is coffee not tea. Fries are old oil and salty, burger is hot! So good burger. Store is dirty very dirty.

Went at night. Nobody was at cash register. Literally waited 15 minutes to put my order. The middle eastern Manager was yelling at her employees. Mostly teens that seemed not to be doing their job. The day shift is a lot better.

So I went through the drive-through ordered the quarter pounder cheese pack told him only pickles and cheese on both burgers and then I check it before I go and they have ketchup and mustard and onions so then I tell the girl and she says she’ll take them back as I’ll just keep one you know it’s fine just if you can fix the other one and then she comes back like in two minutes which seem pretty quick and she says oh under the warmer and then I didn’t even check it assuming that it was corrected. Get home And literally the same exact burger, so whatever it is that they’re doing they need to get their stuff together and have better service because I don’t know what they’re doing that they have me pull up to park and then they messed it up and then I still wait and they still gave me the same thing just ridiculous. Thank God we have no allergies.
