I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared. I visited this McDonald’s location recently and was helped by a staff member named Summer. Unfortunately, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She seemed irritated from the moment I approached the counter, didn’t make eye contact, and rushed me while I was ordering. When I asked a simple question about the menu, she responded with clear annoyance instead of helping. The food was also made carelessly — not sure if that was her responsibility, but the overall service felt rushed and unpleasant. Everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. This experience didn’t reflect the kind of customer service McDonald’s is known for. 🤦♀️

I’ve been a regular customer at this McDonald’s for several years, and I want to take a moment to recognize one of the most outstanding employees I’ve encountered—Vicente, who usually works the drive-thru. His service is consistently excellent. He’s always kind, professional, and makes sure my order is correct and complete every time. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to good customer service, especially in such a fast-paced environment.
What really stands out about Vicente is that he’s always on the move—constantly helping out with other people’s responsibilities, covering tasks that aren’t even his, yet still managing to do his actual job thoroughly and with care. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does, no matter how hectic things get.
Because of his dedication and attitude, I now only come to this McDonald’s. I used to visit whichever location was most convenient, but since Vicente started working here, I’ve made this one my go-to location solely because of him.
However, I do want to express concern about something I overheard during a visit not long ago. I witnessed some of the “managers” speaking to Vicente in a way that came across as unprofessional and dismissive. It was disappointing to hear that kind of treatment directed at someone who works so hard and clearly cares about the job. I sincerely hope upper management takes a closer look at how staff are being treated behind the scenes.
In short, Vicente deserves recognition and a raise for the work he does. He is the kind of employee that makes people want to return—not just for the food, but for the respectful and thoughtful service he consistently provides.

This McDonald’s exceeded expectations! The newly renovated interior is modern, clean, and welcoming — definitely a step above the typical fast-food experience. The real highlight is the spacious and well-maintained indoor playground. It’s perfect for families with young kids, giving them plenty of room to run around in a safe, clean environment. The staff was friendly, and our order was accurate and served quickly. Great spot for a quick meal with the kids while letting them burn off some energy. Highly recommend this location! Not sure what everyone complains about.

Probably shouldn't put people in the drive thru if they aren't feeling well. The entire order was almost correct aside from the sauces and the McDouble that I paid extra for tomatoes and shredded lettuce. No ketchup, add mayo. I don't bother going back to fix an order anymore. Just reviewing and moving on.

This is the mess I got!!! I didn’t want the Pepper Mustard sauce and they slathered it on and over stuffed my burger!! I asked for extra pickles and they over did that shit!!

How is there not a fountain drink station in the lobby 🤦♂️
You have to stand at the counter, waiting up to 10 minutes to be noticed by someone. The manager isn't actually running the place, he's just doing expo. None of the tables were wiped down and when I asked someone to wipe them down, instead of doing it right away, they send out an elderly man who can barely move. This location is one of the worst I've been to.
