Honestly, I don’t understand the decision to appoint him as the evening manager. He is consistently disrespectful and lacks basic manners, which only makes the situation worse. The role requires someone who can understand clients, communicate effectively, and think quickly under pressure. Overall, the establishment would greatly benefit from stronger and more competent management.

When my DoorDasher went to the window they told him. They gave my door dash order to someone else and to pull to the 2nd window and the never got to him so my DoorDash went in and asked if they can remake it and they said no and said they didn’t mess up the order and closed the door on his face. Mind you he’s been waiting a hour. I called and was trying to be nice to the manager but she was very rude and had attitude the whole time and didn’t let me talk and talked over me when l was trying to tell her what happened. She was mad the whole Time if you simply don’t like your job then leave .

Holy shit ur burgers are actually worth my money. This Mcdonald's in San Antonio. Has wat i see is a real burger patty. The ones in Las Cruces New Mexico look and tates jus like the Mystery meat burger patties in high school. Paper thin gross tates. One student for a roch in his burger it was inside the meat. Ya after that thw school shutdown until the issue was fixed. The whole school district and evry student was at home due to this issue

Extremely disappointed. Food portions much smaller. Dried up sausage biscuit. Pancakes stuck together cold center. Hash brown leaking grease. One very polite overwhelmed lady working the order counter. Dining area filthy. Employee apologized for no forks, no knives, no frozen coffee available, and filthy dining area. Saw two employees with dark shirts (possibly mgmt) doing nothing to help her or correct any issues. Needless to say will not return.
