I have never been to a nicer McDonald's the fries you get look like those in the commercial, the staff was friendly, the food was fresh and I highly recommend!

Overall considering the amount of bad reviews, my experience here was outstanding. None of the workers I dealt with had any type of attitude. I was able to get my order in without any issues, and my food was actually the exact way I asked for it.

Place was dirty... Order took too long to fill. Employees let me get harassed by a homeless man.. he was cussing at me.. because he wanted a coffee This location is in a very touristy place.. should be better.

The night manager johnathan/julian whatever his name is,is Very rude he looks like he don't even want to be there when hes asked question he gives attitude and turns away! I've never had issues with any of the managers at any of the stores we been to but this one manager is beyond upsetting!! I will be calling hr and reporting him as well smh if you don't like your job get a different one
I come here almost EVERYDAY and never really have an issue but lastnight I was beyond past off with how the night manager was. I had my 3 children and there was NOWHERE to sit for us when I asked the manager if we could sit upstairs cause their were no table he flat out said NO! When I asked where we could sit he shrugged his shoulders and said find a spot or we can go outside! Mind you there ate NO tables or chairs outside! He was very rude even the employee who heard him say it stayed quiet! This is not the first time this manager has been rude at all in the past I've let itslide out to have the nerve and tell me and my kids we could sit outside was beyond my breaking point smh! When we left i called to ask for his name and he said he dont give his name over the phone that his name is on his name tag I could go back in and read his shirt!

I just bought a chesseburger and they forgot to put the meat on it. I call in to ask for my money back and the lady manager want me to come back to the restaurant. I walk more than 15 min due I am Staying in a hotel in down town and the manager doesn’t want me to give me my money back by phone. Horrible experience
