A Horrible Experience I spent buying hamberguer and coffee in the store, where it was extremely hot, there was no air circulation, I had to wait about 8 minutes even though I placed the order online and waited 10 minutes before getting to eat, the second level was closed so I had to eat on the first level which was super messy and dirty.

Apparently they dont understand that nuggets come with barbecue sauce. Because they ALWAYS forget to add it.
And now theyre forgetting other items, will not be coming back to order.
Its not a hard thing to make sure everything is in the bag...

1 star extremely rude service! Workers cuss at you and make you feel as if you’re the problem for accidents that no one can stop. Very ghetto environment from the Hello at the beginning of the call to hanging up on me because I wanted to complain about service. Wish I could rate a 0 didn’t even get my food felt offended and instead went to another place .

Ratchet workers. Took ten minutes for a cold 6 piece nugget and a fry. I watched them let the nuggets sit in a bag for five of those minutes while they dawdled then eventually slowly scooped some fries. Worker made eye contact with me and called out my order and I nodded and she proceeded to yell my name out 5 more times and try to give it to someone else. Unprofessional and unsanitary. Touching cooked food with no gloves. Another worker came in in her coat and brushed her sleeve over several bags of orders including my own. Never going here ever again I don’t care how convenient the location is.

4 stars bc no parking but then again it is dwntwn. It's a cute get up for a quick fix. 2 stories which is cool, I did however didn't check my order before leaving and ofc it was missing a few things😒😔 but service didn't take long.
