Took my grandchildren for lunch at the 5503 northwest loop location it was fast friendly Food was at right temperature and dining room was clean the nice young team member did not get her name but was friendly and well organized . By the way our tray was brought out to our table . I hope things change at this location reading all those bad reviews.we had a good experience here.

Worst experience ever they take for ever an everyone has additude I was in line for 15 minutes an the other speaker came on before mine to help me an I was in line at the speaker first and then the line was terrible why does it take so long here

Before I retired, I came by this McDonalds regularly on the way to work and always received great service. My how that has declined. The order kiosk concept has created an environment where customer service apparently isn't necessary. Since the kiosk said I would have to pay there, I went to the counter. Jakia, the counter person, was sitting at a table. She sat there for at least 3 minutes while a door dash driver and I were waiting. When she finally came to the counter. She didn't even acknowledge the door dash driver. She didn't welcome me, ask how she could help me, or even say anything other than the amount of my order. Rocks in my backyard have more personality than this woman. I don't know if she is naturally borderline rude, if management has failed to train their employees on basic customer service skills, or if they just don't care. Disappointing!

I would had given it NO STARS but I couldn’t leave a review on this location. I’m beyond disappointed I had my pregnant wife with me & she was craving some large fries & cold Diet Coke. Waited in the drive-thru line for over 20 mins. Was giving what I ordered just to hand to my wife she said the fries were cold has if they were an old batch from earlier this afternoon & they had no salt. So I grabbed a few thinking she was over reacting well I was wrong . They were the nastiest fries ever . I will not be going to this location again. Another thing not sure who the manager was on shift but they had music blaring & staff laughing as if they were in a club. I shouldn’t have to look for another McDonald’s if only they had fresh fries.

Every time I visit this McDonald’s location, which is only 5 minutes from my house, I like to order a Mocha Frappe or any other frappe. However, they never have them available. Very disappointed. They should just remove it from the menu if they are not going to offer it.

If I could do zero stars, it would be a zero on everything this place never has ice cream going. They never have Frappuccino‘s at night time when I come over here they won’t put in my coat at the window and then when I come to the window and they tell me I can’t use my code. They’ll give me a price on what I have to pay and when I tell him, I’ll go back around I give them the code. They’ll use the code And give me the same price. They gave me at the window before they said they could take my code this place is overall trash would not recommend ever to anybody. Employees do not care about the customers. I’ve had rude employees talk to me prior. I’ve I’ve gone back and not complained about my food because it’s been cold. I’ve never had a problem with the McDonald’s on Warzbach

Just came from Ingram location where no one was there to take order for the drive thru, came to this location and was in lane 2 where no one took my order and allowed other cars to pass me up in the 1st lane. Went to the first lane and they claimed it was not closed bc I thought it was my mistake. Informed I was in that lane w no response from employee. Seems to be an understaffed situation

Everytime I’ve came, they’re out of exactly what I ask for. Today they said they don’t have the new McDonald Land milk shake available yet. Which is a lie because my cousin just went earlier today and purchased it.. It’s promoted on the menu, it’s just a bunch of kids who are lazy to make it. They have been rude each time I go. I wish they could hire better staff and not lie to paying customers especially if I’m ordering for my kids. Saying you don’t have access to the new menu items yet is crazy because how are you the only McDonald’s that don’t have those ingredients yet that are being displayed on your menu.

I only come to this location because it’s the closest one to me. The frozen sodas are never available — it’s like the ice cream machine problem all over again. On top of that, they keep messing up my order. For example, I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. They even confirmed at the window that it was a double quarter pounder with cheese… but that’s not what I got. If I’m paying for it, I expect to receive it. How hard is it to check the receipt and make sure the right food goes in the bag? This level of carelessness is frustrating
