Went through the drive thru today. I pulled in, ordered my food, paid and got my receipt at 2:16. They had me pull to the second window where i got my drinks and part of my order and asked that i pull forward. 3 different employees came up asking if whatever bag they had was my order. None of them were mine. At 2:56 i finally parked and went inside for my food. Told the cashier ive been waiting almost an HOUR so she turns to her shift lead who grabbed a bag under the heat lamp, checked it with my receipt and goes "yeah we were wondering who this goes to." I had told every employee who came to my car what my order was, and still had to go inside to get it myself. Ive never had a good experience at this location, and it seems no one else has either. They need to close and retrain every staff member here

This McDonald's is really going down hill. I order ahead and still have to wait 20-30 mins for an order through curbside or drive thru. They aren't on top of their game. Something so small and they still make you go around the corner and wait. I have people behind me get served first with like 3 bags. While I'm there waiting on a simple 20 piece. 🤦🏻‍♀️

We had a horrible experience with Alex. Who is the manager at McDonald’s on wurzbach and Babcock. He refused to give us his last name and then hung up on us. My finance and I ordered 2 3.50 bundles with 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 small fries, which is what it includes. At the first window my finance added on a single cheese burger and paid for it. At the second window , we got out food and the single cheeseburger was missing. We asked for it and they made us give them the bag of food back (which we had already opened and ate some fries out of) touched all of our food and took out a double cheeseburger and replaced it with the single. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if they didn’t make us give them the bag back as if we were lying over one single cheeseburger that we had already paid for. We called because we were upset with how we were treated as customers. And we just felt disregarded when we called them. Alex the manager offered to give us the cheeseburger but we were already home. We didn’t think to check the bag AGAIN after we had already asked them to correct the order. They definitely could have done a little more to make up for how we were treated. It just felt greedy and disrespectful. They probably threw that burger away. That was our dinner

Placed my coffee order on the app. The order was with added sugar and creamer. Took a sip after driving away, ahh no flavor. Because they didn't add the cream and sugar like I had customized on my order.

Pretty sure my online order got cancelled because they gave out the wrong order. Place is out of control last time i went the lady was giving out refunds because of how bad it was 🤣😂

Hey guys. Today we went to this McDonald's at San Antonio. We ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and a large fry with drinks. At the window where we paid, the guy told us that our fries weren't ready yet and asked us if we wanted to wait. Obviously we paid for it, so yeah we wanted to wait on those fries since my son was also hungry. I just needed a little bit more time until we got home to calm his hunger. So stopping here I figured was going to be quick in and out. 15 minutes later, the guy brinks out our food, and guess what the fries was completely cold. My husband was furious, he asked him to go back and bring us fresh fries. Like do your job well. We even told them thank you and he didn't even reply back.

Please McDonald's, teach your employees some etiquette. If you're so miserable at your job just quit it. And if you can't do a better job. Or better yet no one asked or forced you to work at McDonald's.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service at this McDonald’s! They were very personable and apologized for my wait (it wasn’t that long of a wait, maybe 4-5 minutes) and gave me a free cookie at the pay window. They had a great system going!

This McDonald's on wurzbach and Babcock is one of the BEST McDonald's I go to. I got home, one of our meals was wrong so I called and spoke to the Manager working, her name was Janie. VERY VERY nice lady. She fixed our order and made it right. I make the drive to this McDonald's cause the one closer to me, the people there are very rude and they almost never have what we want. So, once again.., JANIE thank u SO much for being so nice, you are doing A GREAT JOB 🫶🏼👍🏼
