I placed my order at 8:27am. At 8:41am, I called and asked what the hold up was, with my order. Asst. Mgr. Janie said she saw the order, and it should be delivered shortly. A vehicle, that arrived after me, had their order delivered before me. I asked the delivery lady if my order was ready, and she said yes. I told her the vehicle she had just delivered to was there after me. She said she had just gotten there and didn’t know. I still waited for my order, so I exited my vehicle, to go get it myself. The delivery lady came out and apologized again, that she didn’t know the other vehicle was there after me. Once I arrived to work, I called and spoke with Janie again. She said the delivery lady did not know I was there first. When I called, the first time, she should have made sure someone delivered my order expeditiously. I asked to speak with the General Manager, and she said she would have him call me tomorrow. This was a very bad experience for me. They are usually better at delivering the food, when I’ve been there before.

This McDonald’s has been surprisingly well lately. My order has been on point I haven’t had to call and say I’m missing an item from my order. The guy who always works the drive through deserves a raise. Dude is always working so be patient with him.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 burgers. I asked the guy if I could get some buffalo sauce and he said oh I will have to charge you and I said that’s fine and nodded my head yes and gave him cash.. Got my food.. no Buffalo sauce. I went back around the drive thru and told them I didn’t get any Buffalo sauce and instead of saying “oh maybe there was a miscommunication”.. he said “no you shook your head no.. I have a receipt if you wanna look at it.” I have no receipt… I gave the dude cash and it’s like 50 cents for a sauce.. I work in customer service (fine dining restaurant) Maybe just be more understanding rather than blaming it on the guest for the employees incompetence. Ridiculous

The Young lady at window 1 at 5pm on 12-17-2025 was very sweet and complimented me that I looked good today and gave me a free cookie when I asked for Grinch fries and was told they were out. I only ordered fries and a coke. She made my day. I hope she gets recognized for her great customer service. She is agreat example for young people today.I wish I asked for her name.

Came on a rainy day while staying at Ronald McDonald House for my child to have a place to play indoors. No seating wait. My order was taken within a few minutes and fulfilled shortly after that place is clean food was good.

This location is absolutely an abomination to the Mcdonalds brand, let's just say, I'm not lovin' it. The management here is beyond terrible, this worker (I assumed manager?) named Julius is the most evilest, person I've ever met. He is rude, he's prone to get angry at both customers AND workers. Never in my 46 years have I met someone with a rotten attitude like him. I need him FAR from the establishment so he can no longer taint the Mcdonald's brand that I have loved ever since I was a kid. I will no longer be taking my kids here. This is their favorite place in the whole world. People like him ruin society. Get him out now.

They run a tight ship at this McDonald's. The manager is great. I order ahead, food is always fresh and ready, and they are very friendly. Best McDonald's in town.
