The new look is nice but I feel they should still have a cashier taking orders for people who do not know how to use the kiosk. Also there's a wall at the register up front that makes you feel like it was put there purposely so employees are not bothered by customers. Very impersonal. Also if you want a refill, need extra napkins or anything else you have to hope you get seen at the register and ask for it. There's no one to great you or to offer help at the kiosk....

Nice big store with playground but took us 40 minutes to get just a kids meal and 10 pieces of chicken nuggets and then we got it all the food was cold. 🙄

When my brother and I got there you were at the drive-thru and then once we got our order we went to the drive-thru window I said that we waited and we got our food it felt like it was warm but when we got home and we looked inside our Burger there were no cheese and when I ate one of my fries that was cold it was not warm my brother fries was not warm as well it was not even hot both of us has to put cheese on our Burger and the large fries was not full it was like my brother...
