Sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Literally pulled up to the order menu as it switched from breakfast to lunch and they refused to accept my breakfast order. Not to mention most times fries are cold and orders are incorrect. Wendy's is directly across the street and will just spend my money there.

I had to come on here and write a review about Emma!! About 5 minutes ago, I had the pleasure of seeing Emma again in the Drive-Thru and I have to say her smiling face and energetic personality is quite contagious! Every single time, no matter the time of day I see her in the Drive-Thru,Emma is a sheer delight and I sincerely appreciate her excellent customer service and positive attitude. So this McDonald's is a gold standard of what McDonald's started many years ago when it first opened this doors to customers and that's providing good food and hospitality to its customers going above and beyond with everybody people like Leo and Jeanette and Erica are hard to find these people go as far as knowing what you like based on what you order that's the craziest thing I've ever seen it's like they're waitresses but they're not they were from McDonald's but they still give you the same service as if you were sitting at a fine dining restaurant and the food was being brought to you with the exception of the fact that they know what comments you like based on what meal you order which is crazy also a little Spanish lady here that cleans the restaurant on a daily basis this restaurant has to be the cleanest one I've ever seen it's got to be the cleanest building in the city she just works hard but I can tell that this restaurant specifically has built its team based on the managers that originally started building this team together cuz the people follow their lead when you have great managers and great leaders you have great employees which leads to Great customer service and because of this even if I moved across the city 20 miles away I was still drive over here or walk over here 20 miles a day just to get my sauce environment it's very comfortable home like warm feeling that you get when you walk in this restaurant I thank them very much for their service to the community and the store leaders and employees of McDonald's for allowing them to operate the way they do thank you Leo thank you Jeanette thank you Erica you're awesome oh and I can't forget Devin he's kind of new to the bunch but I can tell he's following in their their lead and he'll be around for a long time cuz he's really good at customer service as well thank you

Didn't tell me they increased (doubled) the price of some items and charged my card even though I asked for clarification at the order window. I was supposed to receive a refund as I decided to cancel the items. (Never did). Rude manager and staff.

Want to give a big thanks to the cashier Mina. I went in to get me some food for lunch and as I was filling up my cup. Mina approached me with a bag with a handle and a holder for my cup so it is easier for me to walk with since I currently only have one hand right now.
