Never fails, they always get something wrong with modifications or they forget items. I ordered a happy meal with nuggets. Everything in there but the nuggets. Then I ordered a mccrispy and they gave me a double quarter pounder. I didn’t realize it till I drove home then I had to drive all the way for the manager to argue with me about putting it in the bag. Well no offensive but good for you but the door person handed me the completely wrong bag. I didn’t get anything I asked for. Mind you I pre ordered in advance on mobile app and they still got it wrong. This is probably the 10th or more times they have messed up my order completely . Only McDonald’s near me but now I’m just going to stop going completely .

McDonald's dinning and restrooms are very clean. Much cleaner and nicer than most other's in the area with well trained staff

Update April.2024Since the last time I've been here. I go here almost every morning for breakfast. And sometimes dinner for my kiddos. But since the new mag. They don't do breakfast all day anymore. Also messed up my order ?

Although the shake machine was down at 11 a.m. I still give them 4 stars. They made my burger and fries fresh and hot.

We stopped by today on our way to soccer practice to grab food and so that 3 of my kids could change for their practice. My kids are 11-13 years old. They quickly went into the bathroom to change while I placed an order. The manager followed them into the bathroom and told them she would call the police if they were doing anything. She had asked me if the kids were mine and did not make any mention of her threat to them when I told her they were with me and how we were on our way to a practice. Mind you, the kids were not loud and just went into the bathroom to quickly change. When confronted about the threat, she told me she had to do her job. It is not her job to threaten kids if they were not behaving inappropriately nor is it her job to profile them. This is horrible customer service.
They close for clean up but do not shut down mobile app and just leave you at drive thru with unanswered questions and won't come to window to let you know what to do. App said to get refund with store directly, store says to call customer service...If they know they are going to be closed every night at a certain time, why not shut down mobile orders until they are up and running again..this is such an inconvenience

It sounded like a middle school locker room in the kitchen. They made multiple mistakes on my order. If they aren't professional enough not to be screaming and cussing and making racial jokes as loud as possible, then why should I trust they are professional enough to use safe food handling practices? I'll just go to the better franchise a mile away.
