I have always gone to MacDonalds Early in the morning for breakfast with my kids and family and I have always enjoyed it until this morning the service was bad it took 30 mins waiting to get served with bad customer service. I asked to get a separate order and they responded with we are not allowed by MACDONALD TO DO 2 ORDERS ON VEHICLES. YOUR GOING TO HAVE TO TURN AROUND OR COME BACK LATER ON WHEN THE LOBY IS OPEN. ?can ya confirm that?

Christmas Eve.. this store had a complete melt down.. we had placed a pick up order.. waited over an hour for it. Couldn’t cancel order cause they closed it out before actually giving us our food.

All around annoying experiences I’ve had before, but yet again because I live so close and my wife wanted a spicy chicken wrap I went. I went tonight, 3 cars in drive, and one other pull up to the other speaker after I do. Waited 7 minutes for no response before I left. Seriously need a new crew and management!!
For a location that was way understaffed, the employees were able to keep up with the high volume and produce orders in a timely manner. Unfortunately, other areas suffered such as the cleanliness and quick and easy access to condiments.

The service is a hit or miss throughout the day. But overall its good. Parking is limited tho.
Update they need to change the soda on the app, it aint dr. Pepper. They have mr. Pibb and im not a fan of the cinnamon flavor pibb has.
