Came to eat. Stood at the counter for 3-5 minutes. 2 employees were oblivious to me. 3 young employees talking in a group turned to look at me multiple times (waiting for me to use self service kiosk I guess) while continuing their conversation. It wasn't even busy. As I walked out they started walking to register. To late. Thanks for choosing Wendys for me. Their Ghost pepper chicken sandwich is better any ways.

Worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. They regularly mess up orders, haven't had the correct order in last 3 attempts to order from this location. Today, I after calling (they don't answer) I drove back to the restaurant because they didn't put eggs or cheese in my 4 breakfast sandwiches! Know what I got when I went in and addressed it? Middle fingers! Never going there again, if I do I'm beating someone down.. .

For some reason their system is always having issues and they “aren’t accepting codes” They even go as far as to say it’s nationwide while I know that’s not true because someone I know went to another location the same day and was able to use a code just fine.

I was ordering in, ordered my food on the screen, waiting to pay cash. Instead, CELESTE, walks past me twice, stares at me while in conversation with her 4 co workers. Including the manager, and then finally ask if i needed help. pop an attitude “could’ve said something”. It’s not MY job! CELESTE is here getting a free paycheck along with the other 4 kids while she sits and stares weirdly at customers instead of helping them. Put her back at the sink washing dishes if she doesn’t like people and have common courtesy. If my kids didn’t want Mcds. better believe i would’ve walked right out and never been back here.

Terrible service lady took 10 minutes just to take our order. She kept putting it in wrong and still put it wrong in the end. When I pulled up to the window I had to have another employee fix the order and then noticed that the other order was wrong as well which took up more time if you’re going to be having new employees taking orders, please make sure they are well trained.

It's sad that they charge extra for tomato mayonnaise lettuce and so on , you know a burger should come with the veggies automatically meat feels like a rubber with no taste. Wonder how long will it be in my stomach.

Went in today to buy the $5.00 meal. Told me to go to park waited 20 minutes - went in and the guy with the neck tattoos had a problem when I said I want to speak w/ mgr saying," I am the manager." No wonder they only have 1 car in the drive thru all day long, and the McDonalds down the road is full of cars. McDonalds should close this location
Not a fan of McDonald's anymore but my kids are. Just the vibe isn't kid friendly anymore like it was when I was growing up.

Picked up food for my kids and I today but didn't attempt to eat my sandwich until I got home. When I went to take a bite of it there was mold on the bun. I'm so disgusted. I tried getting ahold of mcdonald's but they don't answer their phones. Id like a refund and then some. So worried about the chicken nuggets and fries my kids ate prior to me seeing this mold.
