This supposed to be a 24 hour restaurant and they hide when people come by at 4 am. I have stopped twice already and there is never anyone to take your order. You can tell there is someone inside because there are cars parked .

They always say we have no change and they are left with 50 or 75 cents, such a place without change.
I explain politely that I ordered 4 vanilla cones on the app recently and after paying I’m told their machines are down. I explain that I diligently navigated their complicated disputes and resolution options. He basically told me he could care less. It was only $9 but you can’t just steal money from customers and keep saying “call corporate”. This location does not adhere to McDonald’s franchise policy and practices. I will be following up with my bank as well as corporate.

I usually d not have a problem going to this mcdonald’s but today I did. I my order came with 2 baskets of fries and one of the bakery’s barley had fries in it and then I ordered my daughter a happy meal and one of her nuggets want even a bigger nugget. it was a hard crunchy thing so i’m not sure what that was. We ordered on the kiosk and it took a long time before we could pay with cash at the register and then to wait a long time again for our order. Not sure if I will be going back to this location even though it’s the closed one to my house. Disappointed.
