Hailey was very rude in her customer service left out multiple items we ordered and when we called to get it corrected the manger lulu denied it even though I had the receipt. Would never go here again

If the restaurant is open 24 hours like is shown online, they always say that they almost ready to close. And this is at 1:30 am. I order French fries cook to order and all I got was cold soggy fries with the burger buns room temperature. I even asked for a mocha frappe and the machine was off. Not even sweet tea. Just fountain drinks. It's a shame that I have to pay for a cold meal when supposedly is 24 hours open. As a customer, the employee should do the best to keep the customers happy and willing to come back again with a good service.

I've been inside the restaurant twice. Both times for a while. My kids were playing in the playground and we see orders piling up at the counter where they put to go food bags. They were sitting for a bit til other orders were made. Then someone goes out and passes the food out, maybe 2 to 3 orders at a time. So when you pull off passed the window or to a parking, chances are that you are waiting for someone else's food to be done before you get yours.
I have had an issue with this location for a while. I come when my kids want a happy meal, I prefer going to chick fil a because it has a play ground and the service is better. But mcdonalds has better toys, so when my kids really want a happy meal, we will go to the drive thru. We always have to pull up passed the window or into a parking spot. There have been times when I'm the only car and have to pull up. Or someone is waiting and I have to pull up behind them..... I've had to pull up just for fries few times.
Almost always have to wait at the speaker, i promised mcdonalds to my son after a day at sea world, i was at the speaker for 20 minutes! They have forgotten our nuggets before in the box, there was a time they forgot the fries..... they always forget the sauce, at this point I just don't ask for the sauce anymore.
I give up. I'll come back in a year see if the staff has changed. My experiences here have been horrible. Today? I chewed on a mc muffin with a long light brown hair in my mouth, the rest of that long thick strand of hair is stuck between the cheese and the sausage so I had to write a review this time. I have so many stories about this place, been in the area for about 7 years.

Call me insane cause I keep showing up like an idiot thinking it’s going to get better. Never has it! Stale bread, cold fries, and why the hell do we have to drive past the window when we are only car! Snack wrap almost saved it but it never had a chance

Came here at 1am. Girl took my order then i went to the window and she only stated just the 10pc by itself… i said a meal with a drink and sauce. Lady had an attitude like she dont even want to be there. Shes more focused on her hair and jewelry and make up then customer service.

How hard it to make a burger with no onions? It’s really annoying that when we come to get some McDonald’s (once in a while) they always always mess up! They don’t put all the items that I ordered or they just do whatever they want with my order. I get they don’t get paid that much but at least read!! Please train your staff.
This is the worst McDonald's ever . The lady in the morning was half asleep and went twice and still got the order wrong!!

Terrible customer service. My dad went to this location after dialysis treatment to have a meal and regain his strength, but the server refused to serve him and falsely accused him of having taken a shower in their bathroom. How disgraceful.
My dad then requested they review their security footage, which they did - only to realize they had mistaken him for someone else. They eventually apologized and gave him a apple pie.
we do not recommend anyone visit this location.
