Ordered a steak muffin meal with no egg extra butter. She gave me a burned steak no cheese no butter on the muffin and a drop of mayo instead of the breakfast sauce. It was very dry and awful then she told me when dnt put cheese on that sandwich u less u pay for it when it shows on the menu cheese comes with it. I was able to get a refund but id never go back

This has to be one of the worst mcdonald's restaurants in town.And I would highly recommend staying away from here. They have gotten my order wrong 3 times in the last two weeks. And then hang up on me when I call to complain about it. I would avoid this place like the plague

went in 12/24/2025 and it was the Worst service ever always get my order wrong older lady at the counter very rude not helpful at all has an attitude got cheeseburgers with extra onions and pickles because they always forget to put them in my burger and still didn't put them literally chesses mustard ketchup and bread don't go it's a terrible McDonald's worst experience in my life ever always never fails mess up my order in some way shape or form

Hispanic lady around 3:25 handing food out at the second window. Only stated part of my order. I asked for extra ice she took it back like she was disgusted and then no bbq sauce in the bag i asked for it handed it to me with disgusted look.

Who are we hiring? Put people were they will be good at.
Everytine I go there ice cream machine and frappe machine is always out of service or isn't working and it's only at this location feel like they just don't want to deal with cleaning the machine or just lazy workers one of the two

First time at this McDonald's waited till 6:00 a.m. to go inside the short manager bald headed walks us back outside saying they weren't open but the sign says 6:00 a.m. open so we asked what time do you open then he says when we're ready walks us outside we look back the lady waves us back in then he's getting into an argument with another employee in the back I could never work with someone like that attitude so early in the morning..
