Food is always crappy at night and the fact that yall make me for to an atm to get money out because for some reason yalls cars machine never works at night. Yall need to do WAY better.

It's a shame these people don't know how to put sugar in a seniors citizens coffee and this mistake is a daily one! Today they were in a hurry to get rid of their customers so they gave me a black coffee when I specifically said the X amount of sugars I wanted and creamer. I drive away after receiving my order only to find my coffee wasn't prepared the way I requested. No sugar and no creamer. THIS IS EVERYDAY. I turn back around the highway and go wait in line and the little short manager heavy set with glasses and dark hair attends me at the window and I gave her my cup of coffee and told her it didn't have cream and sugar as I had requested. She rolls her eyes and grabs the cream and sugar and hands it to me and walks away from window. I drive away and prepare my coffee and it spills all over me.... Uggghh AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

What can I say, it's Mickey D's! A surgeon general just reported that the preservatives in McDonald's food can make people live to be a 120. So I'm all for that! I could live forever eating sausage McMuffin with egg meals! :-)

I've ordered delivery multiple times and tonight time they've gave me excessive buffalo just like the last time and 9 piece nuggets in 10 nugget counts along with missing my mcdouble. Another order from a few weeks ago was also missing a 20.piece nugget completely. Please get this store together with better management and higher expecting from all employees.

on new year's eve. i placed a mobile order around 8:42 pm unaware they were closing at 9pm. drive thru was still busy when i arrived. when i got to the speaker at 8:50 after he said they were closed. i asked what would happen to my order and the money i paid when i made my order via app? he got cut off by a lady remind me they were closed. i understood that however i still would like a refund atleast. she asked for me to cancel my oder on the app. i didnt know how so she cut me off and said she would do it on her end. the entire situation was rude and unprofessional.that entire time they could of just game me the order. 2x 20 nuggets 2x basket of fries. im a retired restaurant director for 18 yrs and 5 in retail and there is no way i would ever be happy with my manager canceling and order 8 minutes b4 closing. i get it,everyone wants to be home for the festivities but if youre at work,you're at work. complete the task from the already paid customer. very disappointed.

The worst McDonald’s every time no one can get an order right. Who’s running the place?? They waist food because their only solutions is to give free drinks and fries and pies to try and make up for their shortcomings. Absolutely the worst place to take your family to.
It was sad. It took more than 25 minutes just for us to get out of line because it took too long to get our food and it wasn’t even that much for the food.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, the manager that's usually on duty in the evening is horrible, she needs to be fired. Everytime I see her I know something is going to go wrong whether it's the long wait times no sauce for my nuggets or just making my order completely wrong. I hate this particular McDonald's, it's the worst. I go here because it's closest to my house but I might as well go to the one on culebra cause this one is complete garbage. Whoever owns this location, the manager is horrible!!!

Every time I come here I’m having to wait additional time in the parking spots ahead. I’ve never really had other McDonalds where you go through drive thru then we have to wait in the parking lot additional time. It’s supposed to be a drive thru for a reason. It took so long to get my food that I had the time to write this review.
