Cashier on 5/26/25 @1157 am was so rude we ended up leaving with no food AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!! If you want to be treated like a customer and not a nuisance....

Went thru the drive thru at 1:20 am, Rachael (overnight manager) made sure my food was made just the way I ordered it. Definitely will go back, great job.

This McDonalds needs professional help. It don’t matter if your ordering 1 drink or a meal they will park you and make you wait 20-30 mins for whatever you ordered. And the food is never fresh. I will drive to marbach and 1604 McDonalds to get the best service and fresh food. No wait.

Samantha the manager is very rude and disrespectful to her employees she told the young man working drive thru to move. Not excuse me. She said move and shook her hand at him to move with her long fake nails. Then she tells me she can't find my order that I did online. Then gets mad at the employees because I ordered a coffee. She said the coffee machine was down. So I told her I ordered online. It wasn't their fault. So she says I'm being rude and now she can't find my order. So I should be expecting a refund in 3-5 days. I told her why I want my sons food. She says I would have to pay again. It's not her problem. I asked her for a number I could call and she said she couldn't give me one to look up Acosta family online because I'm being rude. She said I'm not her problem anymore and walks away. Acosta family how could you have someone in charge that's not only rude and disrespectful to her employees but also you3 customers.

Food was good but we still had to wait 15 min for a little bit of food. EVERYONE in the drive thru was having to park in numbered spots. It was a mess

Very poorly managed for dinner rush. Had us waiting 30 minutes for a kids meal and then the manger shrugged her shoulders when I let them know that our other food was cold from waiting so long. Really disgusting,a manger is suppose to be a leader not lazy and uncaring making teenagers do all the footwork. SMH

I was charged twice in the drive through last week even after telling the employee I had paid for my meal. They insisted on charging again and my credit card was charged twice for one order. I’ve been emailing customer service the past few days, provided receipts, and just keep getting the same automated email reply saying to contact my bank. My bank says to contact McDonald’s, but the store doesn’t answer the phone and customer service appears to be bots that just send the same copy/pasted reply to everyone. Deleted the app and won’t be visiting anymore. Shouldn’t be impossible to get help with a simple error like this.

It’s beyond ridiculous to ask your customers to pull forward because we’re waiting on your order to finish and give paying customers orders that aren’t even complete.
Our fries aren’t full, our kids only received 1 small fry in their orders of happy meals when we asked for double fries.
The menu isn’t cheap, and if I’m paying more as it is, I expect to be given at least what I’m paying for.
Seriously McDonalds, the only reason we went was because it’s our daughter’s 2nd birthday. And even her happy meal was incomplete.

The lady at the cashier was so sweet to help me finish my order so I could pay for it. But when I asked a lady in blue about paying for 3 happy meal toys by themselves, she gave me a little attitude like she didn’t want to be bothered and said they couldn’t sell the toys by themselves but yet I could last time I went so idk what was her problem.

I would like to share my past two experiences while inside waiting for my to go food. Both times managers have been inappropriate when speaking to a worker with Down syndrome. Please reeducate manager’s with sensitivity training. No person should be told commands by screaming a persons name from the counter. It was dehumanizing, and uncalled for, I was having a customer and employee interaction and she yelled at him from the counter. 4/8, 3:45pm. I didn’t want to get employee in trouble so I said nothing, but manager came up to me and explained why she did that. But there is no reason to treat staff like that. Absolutely disheartening and disgusting behavior for upper management.

I ordered my daughter a six piece happy meal. Got to my house and why is it that the chicken nugget box only had three nuggets??? I had the meal up front with me until we got home so I know it was not touch. Tried calling and no one answered

Ya'll are trying to do waaaaayyyyy to much in this drive thru. What's the point of coming to it when you are told to pull up and wait in a spot for another 10 minutes. Make the orders 1 at a time cause as they come and you'll be more efficient.

Update. Get my order and it's not even complete, no Mac sauce on a big Mac, no ketchup when asked for, no napkins. McDonald's really does raise prices and skim the orders any way they can. Smh. Funny thing was the shift lead or whoever she was probably was the 1 who handed out the order to the girl to send it out.
