Every time I come here I always wait 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I’m just at the point where I just order my food for dine in and be able to enjoy the free refills. Also everytime I come in there’s always homeless people/sketchy/blackout drunk people in there. Other than that I always get good/ok service from the employees.

Just hanging with my grandson we ordered food and have some fun in the play area. We ordered food, the ketchup dispenser was empty so I had to ask foe ketchup salt and pepper, black supervisor looked upset, almost annoyed that I asked, she gave me two ketchup, 3 peppers, 2 salts. Thought it was taken awhile for the food so I got up and a customer was bringing are food back, they gave it to the wrong family. I then asked the same angry faced woman to remake my food, the other family said we didn't eat anything and your employee was standing there hoping I'd except that. I then said I understood but still feel uncomfortable with that. This whole thing took away from my experience and time from my grandbaby

Not the easiest place to get in and out of due to traffic. Ordered on the app. Pulled up. Employees were very nice. Got my order fast. Just got a cheeseburger and a drink. The burger was luke warm but the slice of cold, stiff cheese made it crappy. No pride in serving food anymore.

Incomplete order with wrong items. Horrible service, complete waste of 50 dollars for overpriced fast food and time in line; they will give you wrong food, keep half of it for themselves at that and ruin your family dinner. Outrageous, keep away, avoid.

Place is clean and food was delicious, but the bathrooms don’t have a changing table. It has an awesome playground but definitely not completely kid friendly.
I was waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive thru line only to move up a couple of inches. I changed my pickup order to counter pickup to avoid the line. Despite the fact that there were at most 3 customers (including myself) inside, I waited another 25-30 minutes for my order. I never experienced this at other McDonald's locations. I do not recommend this place.

Would have given the food a 5-star but I ordered 2 McRib sandwiches and you would think they would be smothered in BBQ sauce and onions. Barely! Now, I did not ask for it but these sandwiches come out once a year for a couple of weeks. Needless to say, I was kinda hot over that. Because i am a type 2 diabetic, I used my low carb bread instead of the rolls that came along when i git home. Next time, I will mention the extra sauce and onions or check my food before I leave the store!

I’m literally pulled over in y’all’s parking lot to write this review!! You were so nice and sweet with a smile on your face although it looked super busy!! You took our order correctly and also complimented my Nightmare Before Christmas sweater ! I think it’s so awesome that you take the time to make your customers feel amazing by noticing something about them! You made our night!! The HOT food was just a plus!!! Will definitely be coming back to this location, it’s not everyday you get this service! Please acknowledge this employee!!!
