I am not a fan of the reduced counter service and design to dehumanize the process. Fries were hot and fresh which is why I came especially for $1 in the app (which how they want to reduce head count)

Make employee came out of toilet stall and ran out of the restroom without washing hands. Might want to have a talk with your team. I understand you can't control what happens in the restroom but it has to be addressed. It's very gross.

10 minutes in line. No one acknowledged me or the other customers. Tried to order at the kiosk and that didn’t work either. One employee asked out loud “hey, who is attending the counter?”. No one answered her either.

All I ordered was coffee but especially because all I ordered was coffee. I was very pleased that they made it perfectly. I have a very specific way that I like my coffee and I hate when they don't follow my instructions and they don't put enough cream in it because if it doesn't have enough cream, it's not worth drinking. Also I hate when they try to serve me hours. Old coffee, that's cold, but this location had it spot on. It was nice and hot. Exactly the way I liked it.!

Just got home after ordering the 4 hot and spicy and mcchicken combo with no mayo and 2 double cheeseburgers and 2 drinks and when we got home we were missing the 2 double cheese burgers. It's the middle of the night and can't get an order straight, tried to call but no answer on the phone. Going back the next day and I will get my burgers. I don't want the money, I want what I paid for.

Waited over 30 minutes for a single food item, and when I asked the cashier what took so long with a very unprofessional and sarcastic tone, and the short guy with the curly mullet told me he was speaking to his manager, and there was no explanation why it took so long to get my food.
