The service was fast and efficient but the food was trash. I got my burger and it literally looked like someone smashed into the wrapper. It was good, I still ate it but like come on 😭

I visited this morning around 8am. The order taker in drive thru was very rude. He kept cutting me off, Repeating the wrong order and then telling me to pull forward when I wasn’t even completed with my orde. Very annoying

I am a uber driver and i had a free meal for uber drivers after so many deliveries at a Stagg McDonalds not Acosta and today 5/8/25 @ 12:17 PM the big hispanic manager women younger with a blue shirt on and the other hispanic older lady (worker) with glasses very rudely said i am a liar and did not let me get my free meal, because she said i must of altered the card somehow and the punch holes did not look right! Are you serious McDonalds? Is this now how you treat customers especially drivers who are working late night to deliver your ****? You can have your free meal! Pathetic!

I visited McDonald’s around 10:30PM and had an extremely disappointing experience with both crew and management. While attempting to place my order, the young lady at the speaker was consistently rude and kept interrupting me. When I informed her that my order was missing a medium fry, she said, “No you’re not,” in a dismissive tone. I asked her to read back my order: 2 fries, 3 drinks, 2 sandwiches, and a 10-piece nugget clearly missing the medium fry. She insisted she was right. I asked her to add the medium fry. Paid and received my change and receipt. Medium still missing. Still at the first window, I tried to speak with a manager, but the worker closed and locked the window.

At the second window, received my drinks then food. Missing the medium fry. I asked for a manager she came to the window and said “what do you want from me”. I was at a loss for words at this point. The manager admitted she could hear the orders because she was wearing a headset but said, “I’m too busy to correct everyone.” I reminded her that as a manager, her role includes coaching staff on good customer service, especially since speed of service is crucial at the speaker.

I asked again for my missing medium fry. Instead of resolving the issue politely, she charged me for it. No problem! I paid and received my change but no receipt until I asked. When I finally looked, I noticed she charged me for a large fry, not a medium. Then she abruptly closed the window. Like I was inconveniencing her.

This entire situation felt avoidable and unprofessional. While I understand things get busy and staffing is challenging, this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the brand. Customer service starts with accurate orders and respectful communication, especially from management. I’m disappointed and hope this feedback leads to improvement at this location.

Today they just weren’t listening we ordered to large meals and tried giving us 1 medium and 1 large have my husband the work order and general and I asked for a sweet tea they gave me unsweet only thing good they did was give us the food fresh

Laura who was the cashier today at the Dezavala location was very rude and unprofessional. She barely extended her arm out of the window so I could use my Apple Pay and when I asked her to please extend her arm her reply was “I’m not sure what you want me to do I’m short.” After that response I replied, “Well, I don’t know that [you’re short], but in order for my Apple Pay to work we are going to have to get closer and I’m extending as well.” She then replied “well the total is $24 and it’s been working before so it’s your card.” Again - rude and unprofessional. I responded, “Well, if you give me a second and stay close then the payment will go through.” The payment went through the third time after she actually kept the Apple Pay near me as opposed to pulling away.
