I ordered a home style meal with no mustard no onion add mayo. The burger was fresh but made wrong and took it back and they made it wrong again but I just left it at that. I think it was a confusion because my order was taken wrong. Now to the fries… wow McDonald’s fries haven’t been what they used to be. It seems like every time I come to this location my fries are super hard like the were fried several times. I don’t know if it’s this location or if McDonald’s changed their fries. So I would suggest not ordering fries from this location unless you like super hard or just plain old fries. Even though they didn’t make my burger they I wanted it it was still fresh and I would order again but the fries I will never get from this location again. This is the last 5 times I have been here. Service was great fast and friendly.

My visit was on 8/5/25. I have been to many Burger King locations in Texas, none compare to this location. I have been in Texas for 10 years and all Burger King locations here SUCK!! Not only the staff, but the filth of each location, the run down exterior, bad service, cold food/mistakes with orders and the kibble they pass off as food. The location @ 5218 De Zevala in San Antonio shocked the @@@@ out of me! The outside was nice, the interior was spotless and smelled good. I was surprised to see that the play area for the kids was not only clean, but it looked brand new! The staff was all smiles the entire time. Normally you see staff with an attitude, not working or snacking in some behind the counter area. Everyone was on point and friendly. The main thing-----the food was excellent! I swear Gordon Ramsey was in the kitchen that day. It tasted great, looked great and had perfect tempreature. My onion rings were beautiful and crispy golden!! The complete experience not only shows that there is a competent manager on duty there, but that the staff is well trained and are top notch!! This particular location is 25 minutes away from my local BK, but I would not hesitate to drive there to get the same experience I had during my visit there. I had already given up on Burger King, but this location is a keeper!! (I told the staff that the food and experience was so far past my expectations, that if we weren't alredy full from our order, we would order more food because of how everything went.)

Ask for cook too order fries and added a extra order. Soaked with grease soggy drove back spoke to the manager and she literally handed me another order the same way . Got the refund but the manager needed to check the fry station or fry cook what the hell is going on . You can tell the manager working today had to have been a replacement shot was trash today
