Even though it's not good for you, it tastes great. Always hot. I order through the drive through and the food is always hot, even the fries. I always order a large so they have to make them hot! Good experience.

Everytime I come here after a long double shift I always come here and always go through the drive thru. Everytime I come here I never have to wait the most I spent in the drive thru is maybe 10 minutes, and it was because they were making my food fresh and I’ll never complain about. Customer service is always hit or miss but never terrible and I can get behind that. Keep up the great work

Wrong Wrong Wrong !!!!
3 days 3 Wrong orders in the drive thru
1.- I got black coffee and a pie and they put milk and sugar in my coffee
2.-Got someone else’s food on day too
3.-and today I get a burger only bacon,cheese,mustard and ketchup. And they give me a burger with no bacon onions and pickles.

Come on man!! I usually give second chances because we all have our days but 3 in a row is just too much. You gotta start paying attention in that drive thru. All the kids there seem to always be joking around.

What's it going to take for you employees to get an order right? I ordered in the drive thru a #2b quarter pounder with cheese and bacon. How come I got just a quarter pounder? I repeated the order through the speaker and even when I was asked at the first window to confirm my 20 piece nuggets and the #2... and still couldn't get the order correct.
When will the employees here learn what Good quality means?
The basket and meduim fries were cold. Horrible quality of food. Mgmt needs to train or retrain you.

Just went by about 15 minutes ago. I open for my job and am on some medication that makes me super nauseous so I was desperate to get something in my stomach before work. Two lovely ladies (I didn’t get the names of but ons had black hair and big eyeliner and the other had red-pinkish hair) were so nice to me even though their system was getting refreshed for the day they gave me some water to wait and checked me out. They were amazing! Thank you so much!

The manager or whoever Ryan was very rude and ignoring customers. Called people names. Was terrible to be serviced by if you could even say that. He left me waiting at the speaker. I had to ask someone else for help.

Just had breakfast inside as part of my weekly weekend routine. I always notice the crew working hard. But today, a caucasian gentleman noticed me trying to carry my son’s breakfast platter and 2 drinks out. From a distance, which could have easily been ignored, he acknowledged the fact that I was struggling and offered a bag to me! I was actually shocked! Not working for tips, Im on my way out so really no need to go out of your way, but just because he cared. A sweet young lady came to deliver that bag to me, but didnt just hand it to me, opened it up, and helped me get the platter inside. These small gestures may have just been a simple thing to you, but things like this are part of the customer service and hospitality that many establishments lack these days! Please thank the crew working at Bandera/1604 on 10/9/25 @ 9:12am.

Dude, the breakfast sandwiches are frozen and put in the microwave. I know this cuz my steak bagel came out frozen in the middle. Horrible texture and taste. McDonalds should be ashamed that they no longer make their breakfast sandwiches fresh

Ordered double quarter pounder meal, when i got home, only received a single, they wanted me to go back for the adjustment, told them just give me the difference in credit but they wanted me to back, not doing that, sorry
