Worst customer service ever! The young lady passed me the bag, and it ripped !! She slammed the door/ window on us and didn’t ask if we were okay or if we needed anything. The bag fell on the floor…. We were a group of 4, and the crew just laughed at us. The McDonald’s crew was not friendly nor considerate of the money we just spent…. We didn’t make a scene because we were hungry. However, for the McDonald’s crew to be unprofessional was so rude and disappointing… spend your money elsewhere. There was no sauces nor ketchup in our ripped bag. We are so dissatisfied!!! They were inconsiderate and immature about the situation. We paid extra for condiments. McDonald’s needs to address this TO prevent situations like this!! We need better leadership, service, accountability, and support. DO BETTER MCDONALDS. Fries & nuggets were cold…

McDonald’s will never be what it was. The staff doesn’t care. There’s no pride you get what you get and what do you expect from McDonald’s anymore came and get hot fries now all you get is poisoned burgers that they blame for everybody else. Good luck if you go.

my friend ordered breakfast through the app, went to pick it up, asked to add an additional breakfast and they refused because it was a minute past 10:30. The Lady also went ahead and told him that she could cancel his order if she wanted to. He left feeling defeated and was no longer hungry for his breakfast. The worker was very unprofessional and threatened a customer just for asking a question. This individual should not be treating their customers this way. Do better McDonald's...

Just this evening. Ordered two filet o fish add lettuce. They upcharged me $1 for the lettuce. And then took the cheese and tar tar sauce off both sandwiches. I didn't ask for that. I didn't ask for only lettuce. So how did I end up paying extra for less?

Terrible service. Not paying attention at the drive thru. I won't come back here

Absolutely terrible customer service!!!! So don't even waste your time. This morning they messed up my order & then had the nerve to get a attitude & told me to get back in a long drive thru line again for a mistake they made. Once I looked in my bag & realized they shorted me on my order, I politely asked them to correct the matter. But instead their manager (a heavy set Hispanic lady with black hair) immediately confronted me angerily at the drive thru window, saying because they dont have a cash register at the 2nd drive thru window, I would have to get back at the end of drive thru line, to purchase the item they mistakenly didn't rain me up for the 1st time. I told her that was very inconsiderate of them and I would not be driving back around to do that (especially considering the additional inconvenience of time & gas wasted, due to a mistake they made). When that didn't work, the manager then proceeded to lie and said "Well, you told them that the order was correct. So there's nothing more we can do." I replied "how do you know that? You didn't even ask me. You just assumed that just now. After I placed my order, they never repeated it & it was never confirmed because after I said it once, they told me to go to the 1st window to pay. Which I did. All I want to do is just pay for & receive my missing item." She then starts yelling. And then she finally gives me the missing item. I ask " how much does it cost?" She refuses to take me money & then tells me to leave multiple times (all because she was too lazy, irritated & apparently doesn't have the common sense to realize that she could have just quickly rain up my order of 1 item, that they missed on my original order, on another register at front counter). As a manager she should be ashamed. There are much better ways to resolve problems than to yell, lie & inconvenience customers. That is NOT how you talk to customers or showcase leadership to your team. That's how you lose customers, money & build a bad reputation. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
