Waited 25 mins for a refill… RIDICULOUS!!! Only reason i ended up getting a refill was because someone spoke up for me. Crazy thing is the employee passed me about 5 times to pass out food or ring a customer up but never bothered to even take one look at me. If it wasnt for my kid wanting his dr.pepper i wouldve left but instead i literally waited that long for a refill. This mcdonalds is always bad when it comes to paying attention to customers I come here often but i might have to start going to a different one with how bad the customer service here is.

We went through drive thru on a very busy night. Our order came out to us missing a few items and Michelle the manager made sure we had what we needed and our food was hot before left. Our pies were gonna be litttle long to order so gave us cookies instead. Thank you Michelle

As someone who has worked in the restaurant/fast-food industry, I can confidently say this is the worst location to pick up from or even dine in. I arrived for a pickup order and waited over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. There were several DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers waiting as well, and none of them looked happy. If I had been waiting 20 minutes already, I can only imagine how long they had been there.
Dine-in customers were also getting up to ask about their food. I heard one woman say she had been waiting for 20 minutes, and the employee responded to her with an attitude—almost as if she was the only one working, even though the kitchen was full of staff. Even the manager was helping out, and it wasn’t even busy!
Then that same employee had the audacity to say customers were being rude? Excuse me?!
I finally asked another employee about my pickup order, since she clearly saw me standing there for over 20 minutes without asking if I’d been helped. She just said, “They’re working on it.” How does a four-item order take 30+ minutes?
Ten minutes later, I asked a different employee, and her response was, “I don’t know what’s going on, I’m not even clocked in.” Yet she was talking with staff inside the kitchen. She could’ve at least asked someone to help me.
If you’re going to hire young staff, at least make sure they’re willing to put in effort for the job they’re getting paid to do

Close to my job you would think be easy and fast. Not at this location. 3rd time we have tried DT, Crub and PU. We had waited over 20 mins every time. Staff don't even look at you. Manager do not address you. Our food come out cold. Overall horrible service every time.

Not the best cooks meat was burnt...and I asked to have all order in seperate bags ...nope same dang bag so we all have to dig for our food and was missing 1 order fries.....

Breakfast was 10 minutes over but I asked for breakfast and instead of pushing me along they said let me see what we have and they found me a sausage biscuit and egg sandwich and fries and my delicious to die for coffee. Sherry is the manager and Daniella the girl who hands me my food that I call my 🧚 fairy is so sweet and kind and a true professional at the window. Thank you ladies you make this government retirees morning a blessing

I waited for my order for 20 minutes. When I went to the front desk to ask about my order the manger on duty told me to wait they are working on the orders because they have a lot of people. I told her it had been more than 20 minutes and she did not care. Meanwhile everyone who ordered after I did had already received their food. A slushy was included in the order and it was about halfway melted because they just had it there sitting. Meaning they forgot about my order. And still did not care to give me a new slushy & gave me the melted one.

Fries are not fresh and not hot!!!! Pre-made before order is made, burnt fries under warming lamp!!! Downfall of most McD restaurants!!! Smh!!!

The food is ok but this McD's is SUPER SLOWWWWW. If you are in a hurry at all, do not bother stopping here. You will be late getting to where you need to be. The only way to beat this is to order on the app about 15 minutes before you are ready to pick up your food and say that you are already there. This usually works. Sometimes I still have to wait a couple minutes, but at least it is not 20 minutes.

Thank you to the morning crew! The food is always hot and my coffee is always hot, fresh, and prepared perfectly. The staff is always very polite.
