Wait time is decent. Food is below average compared to other McDonald’s. They don’t always fill the drink cup to the top. My chicken patty was dry and hard around the edge, maybe it’s old?

Went to store number 38840 located at 13919 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78217, around 12:15pm. The gentleman taking the orders at drive thu was rude, did not greet me, nor did he ask if I was using my rewards app number. I said, is this McDonalds? Do you all not greet customers anymore? He then ignored me and proceeded to have a conversation with someone in the kitchen and you can hear it. I repeated my statement, he ignored me again and I drove off. I will never eat here again. They are rude, not kind, and certainly not professional. There is zero customer service at this store. Do not order here. Go to Wendy's or Taco Cabana. This is sad.

Everytime we come here the staff is amazing,always smiling, and the food is on point. Even when my kids toy was stolen by another child because I as a mom didn't cause a scene and asked if I could buy a new one for my daughter the manager even said thank you for remaining calm. We truly LOVE this mcdonalds. I pray this location and the young adults that work here never close and they all know thier worth. Because to this family yall are the true MVP's🥰💯

I ordered a cheeseburger to go. This McDonald's is serving "baby cheeseburgers". Compared to other restaurants the burgers here are way smaller. Customers are being cheated 😞
