Terrible costumer service from the night shift. They made me wait 30 minutes for a McFlurry after I had already paid. When I tried to go to the door to inquiry about what had happened, they had the door locked and wouldn’t let me in. I showed them the receipt through the door but they refused to open it and they continued talking to each other and kept laughing. I then went to the drive through again and they give me attitude and stated they never told me to move to the 2nd pickup line after they did said so. My McFlurry also barely had any Oreo inside. 0/10

I made an online order and it was completely wrong. I specified no cheese, cheese was added, I paid extra for lettuce and pickles and neither were in my sandwich. This is ridiculous. This location is so disappointing and I try to always be understanding and give the benefit of the doubt but this is serious a spit in the face when the receipt literally says the order IN DETAIL.

The food is good. I haven't had an issue with not getting my order correct. Yet I've been coming here for 2 1/2 years and the service is terrible. I understand McDonald's has this thing where they need to hand out the food in the shortest amount of time possible and watch the time it takes to do so. So they'll park you and clear their screens, while you still need to wait. Even if you have a simple order like 2 mcdoubles and fries, the wait can be insane. Time clocks show one thing, but when people actually get the food is another. Yet today my husband was waiting and waiting for his food. He went to order inside. People who came after him were getting their food. He went to ask and it was just sitting there. They didn't call out number or anything because he were waiting near the kiosk. He had to go ask for it. If the management wants these foods cleared off the screens they should also expect the time it's actually being handed to the customer too. Because there should be no reason why anyone should have to wait more then 10 minutes for 2 small burgers and a medium fry. Also, it wasn't even that busy.

Honestly I love getting an iced coffee. I get the vanilla ice iced coffee with five creamers white ice and fives splendas or sweet and love those depending on what they have.

I am highly upset of how this McDonalds treats there customers not only do the managers not have proper communication they don’t honor what they say . Nov 21 2025 I ordered thru DoorDash 4 hot and spicys 20 piece nugget and a basket of fries not only was I missing my 4 hot and spicy the fries tasted as if someone threw up or have been around the food sick then the 20 piece chicken nuggets was over cooked and burnt I contacted the store the manager Mrs. Mireya Agreed to replace my whole meal I drove up to the store Mrs.Mireya was no longer there a new manager Mrs.Maria was there and denied to replace my meal not only did I drive up there and not get my meal replaced I also had a bad meal I had to complete throw away yesterday now I would have called them yesterday but they had there line of the hook where the calls would drop as soon as you called in . I’m highly disappointed and will definitely be speaking with corporate about this store horrible store

if only giving 0 stars was an option. The management there is absolutely terrible. Do not go to this location unless you want to be recorded & yelled at when you ask a basic question.
My mother went to this location & when she gave her card to the worker it didn’t work since her swipe doesn’t work. The employee was clearly struggling & called a manager to help her, when my mom saw the manager aggressively swiping her card, almost breaking it, my mom asked what the problem was since neither gave her an explanation or asked if her card was locked. The manager responded absolutely disgustingly & said “your card isn’t working can’t you tell? Swiping isn’t working” & when my mom mentioned to try to chip the lady loudly groaned & slammed the window shut. My mom absolutely confused & taken back then asked for the managers name , the manager refused & said it’s none of her business & wanted to know why she needed her name. The manager then stormed away & when my mom pulled to the second window to get the food, she asked another worker if that was her manager who she was talking to & the employee didnt understand what my mom asked & instead brought the same manager back. The manager then asked rudely “what is it? Are u getting ur food or not?” & when my mom asked why she was being so rude & why she refused to give her name the manager began to record my mom without her permission & screamed at her.
I wasn’t there when this happened this is all my mom told me but if this is what McDonald’s allows as management then that’s disgusting & unprofessional. You demand your employees wear identification but the management can be kept secret? I was told she was an older Hispanic lady. I called her a bit ago asking for her name again & she told me it’s none of my business & she refused to give it to me.
