First of all the restaurant wasn't busy at all. The manager and two younger girl were just standing there just off to the left of the registers. They seen when I walked up. There was another customer standing there waiting for them to change her drink which one of the girls had in her hand and was talking instead of making the customers order right. All I ordered was was a cheese burger fries and a drink to go. And it took exactly 38 minutes to get my order from the time I stood infront of the register with only 2 customers eating one beside me trying to get her drink exchanged and no one at the drive through window. To be fair I've been to this McDonald's before and this is the first time that they have not taken care of their business. I think perhaps this colored lady the manager may be new and doesn't understand her responsibility calls for her to direct the team and not in that direction. ⁰

This place is beyond horrible. The management is awful and it shows in their employees. They do not GAF about order being filled incorrectly. They do not GAF about people complaining. I urge everyone to use their receipts to go online and give them a bad review so it gets back to corporate.

Worst Mcdonalds. They have the AC FREEZING SO THAT PEOPLE DO NOT DINE IN. WE TOLD THE MANAGER AND SHE JUST IGNORE US. THERE WAS NOBODY IN THE DINNING BECAUSE OF THIS.

I order thru the app ahead of time, and every time I get there, I still have to wait for my food. I'm not sure what the point of ordering ahead of time if they not going to have it ready when you arrive.

I was told on Saturday that they'd have more Grinch meals the following day. I called back we drove over to McDonald's.... called and asked if they were sold out still and the girl said no. But um they were still sold out. I'm confused?????? Feeling let down and missing out on that Grinch Salt... :(

Ordered a order at this location from self order kiosk entered a number. The machine doesn’t give a physical check. After talking with personal 3 times where is my order and a wait of 1h i was tell that they don’t have my order. The money from the bank goes thru i show my bank account statment. After talking with the personal again i was tell sorry you can dispute the transaction with the bank. No food no money back.

This McDonalds is absolutely terrible, the amount of times I’ve had to call or go back to get my missing items it’s tremendous. Not only that but every time I voice concern or tell them about what’s wrong with my order they don’t seem to care. Manager can’t manage at all and a bunch of teenagers who don’t care and have their friends come in and sit In the booths with each other when they should be working is crazy. Last time I called I ordered through uber eats and asked the night manager to make sure all my items were there and he said “okay.” And then hung the phone up on me. I’ve about had it with this McDonalds. Yall need a regime change at this place cause it’s absolutely ridiculous.

I went today and ordered two happy meals and a snack wrap. Once I got to the window the manager was about to hand me a happy meal without the cheeseburger in the box until the lady making the cheeseburger yelled at him. Then I asked for sauce and he practically threw the sauce and one fell on the ground. Then said he said, “you can go now” to which I replied, “you forgot the snack wrap” so he quickly gets the snack wrap. Then he tells me to leave again, but there was barely enough room because there was a truck in the last window waiting for their food. He said, “just drive around him”. I can understand this behavior from a teenager but not the manager. Maybe this explains why every time I order McDonalds from uber eats they forget something. I understand this is fast food but this location needs to learn better customer service.
