This is the slowest unpleasant and unprofessional McDonald's I ever been too in my life. The staff lack any customer service experience, including the Managers. The bathroom are always disgusting and whomever cleans the bathrooms in the morning needs training on how to properly restock toilet paper and that the mop needs to be clean before they mop. It smelled horrible. They clean by power washing the drive thru more thoroughly than the inside of this establishment. Never eating here again. If this is how they supposedly "clean" their restaurant, I shudder to think what's going on in the that kitchen.

Making customers park elsewhere so the line keeps moving sucks. The line keeps moving to other parking spots people. And then you still get the order wrong. Smdh. All I ordered was a burger, nothing special with add ons or changes. How is it i never get an upgraded burger. It’s always a cheaper one.

Doesn’t matter what time of day- if there’s a line or not, when you go through the drive thru, they make you park in a spot and wait 10-15 mins for food. But, they’ll give you your drinks so the ice can melt while you wait for food.

Incompetent and illiterate. These people are a prime example of why fast food workers do NOT deserve $15.00 an hour. Even a 3 year old understands the word "no". As in no mustard or no onions on my burger. How hard is it to read simple instructions? Absolutely pathetic.
