Ordered delivery of a double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe meal to find they can't read and they want a living wage to sit on smartphones, talk, and not pay attention to detail. DoorDash says to get a refund from the store and the store says to get it from them. I'll just not use this store again. First time and they failed epically. Is it hard to read and pay attention? Then they want me to also bring it in to replace it as the other option. Ummmmm...did critical thinking come to play? Why would I get it delivered over picking it up myself? Sad.

Do not go here. They will mess up your entire order and you won't have any way of getting compensated unless you waste more of your money to go back to the restaurant. The guy in front of me left without his food because they let it sit there for who knows how long and it got cold. I ordered food and they forgot to put half the items in the bag. Entire waste of money.

Order my meal on app. For drive- through, got in with in a few minutes but fires and meat on burger was cold and dry, Only thing came out right was a drink! Guess that’s all they’re good for now

Need structure. Workers and management standing around looking clueless. One of the managers came to the counter, didn't even acknowledge people were there to order. She walked away, looked back at the counter and still acted oblivious to the fact that people were standing there. Cars are always pulled around, even for Frappuccino.. Store need better management and better training!!

I’m leaving 5 stars to this location because of my frequent drive - through experience with Tracey. Each and everytime I come to order she makes me feel welcomed. I love great customer service and that’s Tracey. She’s such a hospitable person.
The manager has a very bad temper and poor quality and quantity of ice cream.

The service here really improved in the last few months. The staff have been friendly and my orders have been consistently accurate lately. The drive through staff are really courteous both day and night teams.. I appreciate it cause it was not this way a year ago.
