Waited 20 min for my order, for the rude young man to hand thrust the torn bags in my hand with warm fries and missing sauce for my nuggets,(which is the norm at this location), slammed the window shut immediately, it before checking it was right or me being able to ask for what I needed. I knocked on the window, which went ignored. There's ALWAYS an issue, always a wait (even without a line), and it seems to be always chaoticly busy with no managing corrective actions at THIS location. I'd think by now after years of bad reviews and complaints, the owners of this location would improve their service instead of capitalism, but as long as people continue to frequent the convenience of this location, I guess not.

The atmosphere is highly depressing. Crew members are highly disrespectful. I kindly asked on of the members if they can help me read the menu, and they just looked at me in disgust and proceeded to read the menu with attitude to me. Next thing is the food. I asked for a quarter pound with cheese and instead i took a womderful bite and to look inside the burger was still red, tasting uncooked.

I wish I could do a no star review this is disappointing and disgusting i literally left there 5 mins ago opened my sandwich and it looks like it was just dipped back into the oil and it’s old or old grease nasty no no no

Currently writing this review while waiting in the drive thru line. Every time I go to this location it is backed up with people. Especially at dinner time, it takes at least 15 minutes to even get to the order window. Then I’m always asked to park in a numbered spot and further wait for my food. It’s never easy. Also the parking lot is super small and it’s crowded with 30+ cars. Half of the cars are sitting there waiting for their food. People can’t get out of the lot.

I eat here every other day sometimes every day since they brought the snack wraps back so out of 60+ visits I’ve had maybe 2 not so great experiences. Honestly one of the better locations in my opinion. The lady the works majority of the morning drive thru shifts is absolutely pleasant to deal with every time.

There is always a problem when people go to this McDonald's.. no ketchup , 1 napkin , wrong order , wait too long , employees are kids that do not have experience in helping people and they don't care . .they are ok with doing customers wrong. I bought my food I opened up the bag looked at it and lost my appetite I just threw that bag in the fridge I'll deal with it later.. going to sleep hungry instead.
Spent 25 minutes waiting for food because they wanted to park me. Next time for everyone stop letting them park you!! Stay there until you get your food! You paid for it!

It supposed to be a fast food restaurant here they took forever to make your order, I ordered online 20 minutes before I arrived to the store, and they already have a long line and I still here waiting another 25 minutes to ask for my order from the drive thru, I see they don't know how to manage this business
