Absolutely TERRIBLE establishment! Ordered a single basket of fries and waited well over 15-20 min at 9pm when there was no rush . Ordered inside to hope I could be in and out after a long day of work just to watch the employees jump around and act a fool , after receiving my basket of fries they handed me what was the equivalence of a medium fry and told me that’s how much comes in a basket ?! After requesting a manager for some assistance, that then took 5 min just for him to give me a refund on the fries… I’ve eaten at so many McDonalds in my life and this one is suprisingly the worst experience I’ve ever had .
Unless your broke and have no other choice I would highly recommend staying away from this location and going to the ones elsewhere.

Jeremy is the only one competent person working there.
Update* food takes 20 minutes to come out, and they never have strawberry pies. They will give you apple pies instead without telling you.
Any other McDonald's in the area is a better choice.

I'm writng to share my experience the McDonalds on Jones MaltsBerger owned by the Acostas. Here at this McDonald's the app has failed a few times. Today, is testing for my daughter. I coordinate to go to the gym in the am and then McDonald's to pick up breakfast. Then home to get ready for the test. I am already pressed for time this day and every other day. I find it frustrating when the Manager can not honor or approve the purchase of a $2 breakfast sandwich. This tell me they have no respect for my time and it's not worth $2. Isn't the whole point of the app to get customers to come to McDonald's? Does Management needs more training? The Staff? Not their fault. Managers should be held accountable but if there manager says she doesn't have the tools overwrite, then that responsibility goes to the owners. Train your people up.

Please take it from somebody who has over 30 years of big restaurant experience the manager in charge today his name is Jeremy he is on top of things I almost swore this location off because I do doordash and I've had very bad experiences in the past not when Jeremy was here Jeremy here now and he took care of me fast and he delivers Hot fresh food with a friendly face you can't pay people enough to run your business like he does you should buy him a Corvette with the McDonald's symbol on the side. The food that I picked up for doordash was so fresh with such good service that I clocked out and turned right back around so that I can enjoy the food and take a break and I want you to know that Jeremy's the man
