This McDonald's is the WORST one I have ever been to. I thought maybe give the benefit of the doubt. We kept giving it a chance. The managers of the store are EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Gossip from the kitchen is all I hear when I was trying to get help for my order FROM THE DRIVE THRU that was wrong for the 3rd time! All staff think it's okay to argue and have attitude towards customers. Dumb on my part I know but again on more then 2 occasions that I was missing about 20$ worth food and the manager argued with me and told me "that's too bad, well why are you eating out late. I'm not going to refund you girrrrrllllll please !" From the manager!! I also was asked by the night manager to give her my card without explanation when I paid through the app. I asked why if the food was paid for and she started to argue with me for my card. She then rolled her eyes and stormed away. I'm very confused why they let this business still run. New management is needed ! everytime i go with my family it's a HORRIBLE experience very rude staff !! Management is HORRENDOUS!!!! those women managers with bad attitude need to get checked!

I was in the drive through waiting for someone to help me, after a while someone started taking my order with attitude when I pulled up to the window the lady was so rude, she didn’t ask if I wanted any sauces, she slammed the window, and almost made me drop my food by the way she was handing it to me, I’m disappointed because I normally get better service here but that lady was way to rude, she was making faces at me and giving me attitude even though I was being nice

The woman working the drive thru today was wonderful. People like that truly set the tempo in a professional environment. I hope the employee gets the recognition she deserves! Her name is Heavenly. It was easy to remember due to her HEAVENLY service. Thank you!

Order the steak egg cheese bagel The meat was of a lesser quality with a couple small pieces that were grisly and there didn’t seem to have the sauce they use to put on it before the pandemic and it was almost $7 This use to be my favorite not any more!
I had one of those little kids(black female) started yelling and hollering for no reason. Then the manager tried to justify her doing that. This child was yelling out the window in front of a customer. I didn't do or say anything for her to be like that nor did I provoke that kid. Those cameras will show yall everything The other woman gave me the wrong drink size and I had items missing. Do better.

Staff closed lobby at 9:30pm when it’s meant to be 10. Refused to acknowledge, also when picking up in the lobby they choose to ignore you, literally. Other McDonalds on 1604 and B RD is so much more friendly.

If they would let me give me 10 +++ stars I would. After 11 months of being denied McDonald's due living with family that does believe in supporting McDonald's, I had a freak moment of freedom after a long morning of Bible study. I walked in with only $10 to spend, and I had to customize my order because I couldn't afford a big mac with a small fry. So I ended up getting a double cheeseburger that I made like a big mac which will replace the famous big mac. Since it didn't have all that bread you c taste the meat and cheese. My order came to $10.57 and was disheartened cause I didn't have the .57 cent and this beautiful woman dressed as a Reece's since it was Halloween said God's got me, she of course didn't know I was a fellow Christian and it warmed my heart know as per bid sign out front saying hiring $15/hr just sacrifice some of her hard wages for me. Then a even bigger surprise when I got home in my bag they had doubled just about everything. The generosity this place showed in a world that seems so full of hatred has gave me home for the future. Well done McDonald's well done♡♡♡ You will forever have a faithful customer and won't let the nay layers stop me ever again.
