AVOID THIS PLACE! My wife and I stopped today at 8AM. We passed by on our trip to the Rio Grande Valley, we stopped for coffee and biscuit and to use the restroom. The male restroom was opened but the female restroom was locked. My wife asked if it could be unlocked and one of the workers said "yes" that they would press the button that opens the restroom. My wife waited and the restroom door did not open. She went back to the counter and there were now two different workers at the counter just talking to each other, just gossiping. She asked for the restroom door to be open and they told her that she needed to order first and then they would unlock the female restroom. My wife said that she would order after going to the restroom because she needed to go. They told her that it was their policy that only paying customers could use their restroom. My wife said "OK, I'll order first then, take my order." The two workers told her that she needed to order using the self order machine. At this point we decided to leave. Those two workers were african american, and I only say this because both of them did not have name tags to identify them. Worst experience at this McDonalds EVER!

Legit had all cars park in the parking lot from the drive through after paying. Sitting everyone is sitting for 15+ mins waiting for their food. The drive through is empty and everyone is still waiting. Not sure what the heck is going on…

The people working in this McDonald's look very lazy, give order incomplete don't worry about you if waited 20 or 30 minutes, really this doesn't fast food.
I spent an entire lunch break standing at the "Pick-up" counter waiting for my food. Not only did no one ask me what I ordered for an entire 10 minutes my order wasn't ever made in time. I had to leave without my food. The entire time inwas there there was NO ONE at the front counter. Just people who kept walking up and then back the the kitchen to pretend like we weren't there. The Manager working couldn't handle anything that was happening. Parking evey car and giving out wrong or incomplete orders. This store sucks. At every hour. Every single day.

I waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes behind 1 car. I don't know what was going on but they should have moved her up and handled the situation in person. I drive off with my toddler and went to the McDonald's on Blanco Rd. Now that McDonald's got me out quickly like they always do.

I work across the street from this location and the order took an hour to arrive. I could have crutched there and back faster than that. Excited for the bagel return after all these years. The bagel was burnt.
