Worst Mc Donald's in the whole city! And I would know I drove for a living. Horrible service, and the slowest I've ever seen in my life! They are so rude and they look like they don't care. They usually have one older black gentleman in the back working while the rest of the kids and managers do nothing. They should be completely restaffed or refranchised! Horrible! The worst!

I placed an order and paid through the McDonald’s mobile app, then pulled into the drive-thru to pick it up. After a five-minute wait, a staff member curtly informed me they were closed. When I asked about my payment, I received no response. I’ve been a regular customer here, visiting about once a week because of its convenient location. While the service has been average in the past, this experience was disappointing enough to make me reconsider. I’ll be going to a different location from now on, and I’m still waiting to see if I’ll receive a refund for the meal I never got.

Went thru drive thru and was told restaurant is closing at 7pm! This area needs to open more fast food restaurants

I ordered on the app to get food I arrive at the restaurant and apparently they said they never got my order from the mobile app so basically McDonald's McFraud me and then I had to pay again just to get my order and the fries I was eating with my meal I've noticed that they're smaller wow I guess food shrinkinflation is serious totally unacceptable behavior from McDonald's I guess this is how they treat their customers by frauding them cuz they want money too!

About a week ago my family went through this McDonald’s drive thru. The process of ordering went well, I’m always super polite to everyone, (so I don’t think that was the issue here) Once we were almost home we noticed someone had placed a freshly chewed piece of gum on our French fry's. My husband wasn’t happy with this as our family could have been exposed to a strangers bodily fluids. My husband went back to the store and spoke with the manager who told him “it’d be impossible because his employees aren’t allowed to chew gum”.. he wouldn’t issue a refund (mind you none of the French fry's were even eaten). He gave us the store owners email for a refund. It’s been a week since we’ve emailed them and still haven’t even heard back. We are disgusted by the fact someone put gum in our food and pretty upset nobody has even reached out to us regarding this issue.

They took my order and then made me an the vehicle in front of me wait for over 30 minutes and never came to the window, we tried going to the door and it was locked, but there’s people in there. Never will come back to this, McDonald’s. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
