artificial additives and preservatives still remain in the menu; especially in sauces and pickles. I'm concerned about hidden emulsifiers, artificial dyes, or processed ingredients, this location is no different from others in the chain. These do not belong in the human body.

Let me just say I have never really been a breakfast kinda guy. Most days I skip the most important meal of the day or opt in for a bowl of cereal to start my morning. But today, my wife brought home some sausage biscuits from this store. I can describe the whole experience in one word... HOT, SO FRESH AND SO DELICIOUS. (Okay so 6 words.) Our biscuits were nothing short of heaven sent. A great start to a perfect morning. So from our hearts (and stomachs) we want to say thanks!

Says open 24hrs but not true. Went through drive thru at 4:30am and sat there for 5 minutes without anyone taking my order.
There were multiple cars in the parking lot so I know they had enough workers.

Horrible service with mobile Order making the worst lies! Also let me tell you they are racist the employee if your black I don’t recommend going here! They throw sauces at you or don’t even look at you! Horrible this place needs better staff!!!! Or this place just needs to shut down! Disgusting people and service

I waited for 15 minutes for my chicken sandwich when I bit into it the oil drained from it and burned my hand and arm the lady at the drive African American was rude and wouldn’t even get me a ranch she said everything is in the bag and it wasn’t.

I swear that today from 9:35 am till 9:43 am, I was invisible! I walked into McDonald's to get a coffee for someone. I know that if I order at the kiosk it will not allow me to add a request. (I wanted coffee cream on the side.) I chose to enter McDonald's since the drive through was crazy long, and thought i could save some time. As I walked in there were about 7 customers ahead waiting for their orders. I was able to come in and walk up to the counter. The male manager walked past me 3 times, 2 other female employees walked by a total of 4 times. Not once did anyone greet me, or say we will be right with you. That's it. That's all I was hoping for. Finally one of the female employees took my order. Those kiosk have ruined customer service, the kiosks have given the employees the excuse not to speak to customers. This McDonalds is located off IH 35, it's an industrial area and there are alot of homeless people living in this area, but that's not an excuse to ignore any customer.
Note: you will receive better treatment in the drive through so stay in your car and get un line.

They don't keep napkins and other stuff on the outer counters... So you have to ask for refills and all.... Super sweet girl cashier and the tables were all clean.

Come here for breakfast frequently. All the employees here are great. However the manager Michael was exceptional at knowing how to interrupt and talk over me. I made a breakfast mobile order an hour before breakfast ended. I got caught up at work but I thought I would still be able to pick it up at 11 since I ordered it an hour prior. I was wrong. NBD. However, even after accepting that reasoning he felt the need to try his best to re explain his reasoning to me even after I told him I understood the first time and I just wanted a refund. It annoys the hell out of me when someone feels the need to finish something they have already said, yet alone when it’s coming from a manager. Next time just accept when customer says they understand the first time around rather than feeling the need to having your voice come first.

Stopped on my way home from airport. Waited 30 minutes in drive thru, I would have left way sooner but once you're in the line it's impossible to exit. Plus I ordered through the app. 🥲

The boy who gave me the order was very bad, very disgusting and cursing, the customers who were there got scared and I, out of politeness, didn't say anything to him.
