Food was cold. Staff was ok. Answered sharply and to the point. Made me scared to ask any others. Place was quiet as we were first after breakfast. Customers were more inviting and played with my grandson.

Lazy workers. Always has a wait time for food. They always park vehicles to get their food timer down to trick the company into fast service. Foods are always cold and old. Poor customer service. I'm always giving it a chance to support my neighborhood restaurants, so please be careful when you come to this establishment. Your better off at Wendy's across the street

I went in for TWO ITEMS (2) I got a soda which it was good and a cheeseburger with no onions , once again they couldn’t even do that right!!!! Check out the photo and laugh April 12 120pm that manager is rude A

Most of the tables are dirty and I ordered a Large Mocha Frappe and nobody bothered to make it I was there waiting a while when other customers got their food. When the manager came up I told her I was waiting for my Mocha Frappe she wasn't paying well attention she's been on her phone talking the whole time I was there I ate food first sat down ate it and ordered the Frappe after I was done. So she gave me a medium one and I told her it was a Large she rolled her eyes thinking I didn't see her but I did. Then she came back with my Large Frappe with her phone on her ear and threw me the straw at the counter instead of at least giving it to me or putting it on the side of my Frappe how rude she was never coming back here.

I was going to order coffee and a sausage biscuit the young man at the window Xavier, politely told me that they were on lunch menu already but I could still get coffee. Normally I would have been upset because I have had very bad experiences at other locations. One McD's actually told me they didn't have any coffee because it was night time and they didn't make any coffee at night! Anyhow, when I got to the window to pay Xavier apologized once more and gave me a free cookie to go with the coffe that I paid for. It was a small but kind gesture and rare to get such good service nowadays. ???
I would give it a five but as most MccyD's seem to have the same problem every so often, no soft serve or even in one recent case, no soda. Aside from that, I have noticed that when going through drive-thru, no matter the wait time, the food has been way tastier and hotter.
