How can you served ice cream Sunday to a customer and tell them to go and wait 10 minutes for the food. To make things worse I ordered a chicken strips and when I got to the house the chicken strips had no dipping sauce. I worked 8 years in a restaurant and never ever had that type of problem….

Did an online order today, almost left without my 5 dollar smoothie. I also left with extra crunchy old fries, nasty tasting coke which im sure is a mix of diet and regular coke (it was suppose to be big red), My no ice drink had ice in it and the food took forever. I listed specific sauces in the app for my pickup and i got different than what i ordered. Avoid this mcdonalds at this point, the current management is trash for this location let alone the damn slugs they hire.

Guys any mc Donald’s but this one! They can’t even get a happy meal right . I ordered a 6 pc happy meal and to my daughter’s surprise there was no chicken just apple slices and fries ! I’m sure the rude window lady didn’t even bother to check the box to see if it was ready . By the way when I went back to tell them her food was missing they treated me as if I had already ate the damn chicken ! Mind you I’m in a rush to head back to work and I had to turn back around for a damn 6pc nugget. Manager not window lady apologized, instead they asked me to move and wait 10min for a new happy meal . Why work at a place where you have to deal with people if you can’t deal with people because of your poor manners . I won’t pay $1 for terrible service and neither should anyone else . CLOSE THIS LOCATION .

This location is absolutely going down hill. I ordered a Quarterpound with cheese pack and they forgot my chicken nuggets. I went inside to get my chicken nuggets and when I got home of course there was no sauce. What is the point of asking what sauce I want if youre not going to give it to me????

This is the third bad experiance ive had with this location, first i ordered my meal with a large dr pepper with no ice i got a reg coke with ice,
next time i ordered breakfast i asked for 2 sausage mc muffins and 2 sasuage and egg wraps and the clerk only put single mcmuffin on the order corrected him at the window only for him to add 2 mc muffins and 1 sausage wrap. The manager did set this straight tho
Now this time i ordered the sharable quarter pounder meal to yet again to have somthing missing from my order. No sorry no care just he take it deeply upset with the way this francise is being run
