This place is the best I've visited in San Antonio, TX. I loved the soda fountain outside, which you can enjoy whenever you want, and the service is magnificent. Thanks to Tavin Griffth, you make my day better after a long day at work with all their attentiveness. I recommend this place!!! Thank you for making your customers feel special.

Consistently the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and let me say, I’ve visited McDonald’s in other countries.
This location has the rudest, unfriendly, unbothered, unprofessional employees. Don’t take the time to greet you or ask if you have a rewards code. They rush you when ordering and make you feel like an inconvenience when it’s 9:30pm and there’s NO ONE in line behind you.
Getting your food while it’s hot? Forget it. We sat parked to the side for 30 minutes the other night waiting for our food with 3 other cars. Get your order right? Nope. Get it to you in a timely manner? Nope.
Worst worst worst WORST. If it weren’t for the convenience of the location I wouldn’t put myself through the frustration.

It’s 8 o’clock at night and I came to a drive-through so that I could get my meal and they want to tell me to pull forward they’re worried about their time and not worried about getting my food out in a timely manner. I told him I’m not comfortable doing that if there’s no one behind me in the drive-through then there’s no need for me to park off to the side. That’s why I’m in a drive-through this gentleman in the photograph, claiming to be the store Manager, proceeded to argue with me and asked me why I didn’t want to pull forward. A good manager should very much be professional in his business and understand that if he did this job efficiently I wouldn’t have to worry about pulling forward. Arguing with a customer is poor customer service and show lack of professionalism. McDonald’s do better and definitely don’t have your store managers arguing with customers.

The lady at the register was nice my order came out good and fast the fries are fresh the Nuggets were good color you can tell the cooking oil they use is clean but then when I got my wraps I wonder what the hell I was being served mostly tortilla and for $10 it wasn't really worth it I ended up getting some other stuff on the side and paid 20 bucks for my whole meal was very disappointed though.. I have pictures of it but I don't know why it's not letting me post them or has a button to share what they look like

Prompt service and friendly staff. The only hit unfortunately, with all the homeless and drug addict riff raff around the Austin highway corridor, it can lead to a dirty exterior interior.

I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived 5 minutes later through drive thru to pick it up, there was a line of about 4 or 5 cars. And instead of having me pull around to the curbside area to get an order I've already paid for, they had me wait mlbehind all the other cars. So when I got my food it was cold, the fries were dried out and the chicken was way, way, way overcooked.

Went after work to get food after working 12 hours and to get my daughter some ice cream. I try to order a hot fudge sunday the first time they said the ice cream machine isn't working. Okay, No problem. Then I look out my windows when im pulling off and the person behind me has ice cream. So I pull back around they say the same thing until I say I just saw the person behind me with ice cream! Okay you can pull around Mamm. Its working! Seriously come on.
