The bathrooms needed assistance. One toilet was spraying water everywhere & flushing with every movement. Needless to say, I was happy to be left with a wet back side. The service was not good, I was ignored at first, and when someone finally came to the front to take my order, they didn't seem happy to be working. The girl was dark & glumy, no smile, frowned the whole time & acted like I was an inconvenience for making an order. When paying such ridiculous prices for fast food now a days, I learned the service has gone downhill, makes me want to make better choices I could eat into a finer dining experience, with a heck of a lot better service for what we paid for mediocre food.

I went to McDonald’s on old Austin Highway a few minutes ago. Rarely, including all the other McDonald’s is everything perfect. But I got a Double fillet fish combo and everything was perfect. It reminded me of when McDonald’s opened up gears and years ago. The fish was nice and hot with the cheese melting on it. The fries were hot. Everything was just perfect. I never thought that I Would see this again!

Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and thought it was the meal and it was just the sandwich . I ordered a small gty and got a large My total was over $7. Then I get my burger and one bun was burnt to a crisp. I am pissed.. I tried calling several times and the number for to fax machine. Also the little young guy helping didn’t have a uniform on a looked like the managers son helping out. SMH- people are crazy. The dinner burgers were horrible!! Reporting this to the corporate office.

Typical McDonald's no frills no thrills. Don't have your expectations set to you high. You only get the basics. Employees are polite but it takes forever to get to your meal. Dining room is clean.
This location always seems to add food you don't order please check your receipts for your visits. Always homeless people outside. Orders used to appear on the board now it please pull to first window and pay before you see the receipt. The most expensive item on my receipt was something I didn't even order how sad this place need to resort to cheap tactics. The Mocha frappe was very salty after taste and some of the food was cold even though I had to sit and wait for it horrible location go anywhere else.

I ordered ahead on the app and selected drive through. When I got there the line was very long so I asked the guy if I could wait at the curbside to pick it up in stead and he said I would still have to wait which was fine for me i just didn’t want to be stuck behind cars. Well I saw that I could change to curbside on the app and selected the parking spot I was in and then noticed that they canceled my order. Oh I was pissed! NEVER AGAIN will I go there!!
