Food was cold ordered hot fries when they came out they were cold the manager picked him up and said well they were hot at one time ordered a particular dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets gave me the wrong one and in order to change if they wanted to charge me Austin highway Wendy's needs to be torn down and revamped maybe just get a new manager and team

I always go here to order my food and I order the very same thing all the time. Plain hamburger patties..you would think they know how to take the order since I've been doing for the past 7 years in this are I'm in.. still they can't seem to get the order correct. I have to literally repeat it 4 or 5 times then not only that. They act like they can barely talk or you can hear it in thier voice they don't feel like working. Then they don't say ty or your welcome or nothing. And grease is running all over the bag when they give you just plain patties. Service was awful and it always is. They need more training on politeness and manners and quit being rude to people trough the drive trough. Makes no sense. I'm tired of the bad customer service they give.

Seen a lot of different employees who don’t car come thru here, but when it comes to employees like Demetria(sorry if I spelled that wrong) I will come back, her customer service was outstanding. Her quality check in the food was top notch. Definitely coming back just because of her.

Usually McDonald's service is not impressive at all. But the service we got here today is super good. I think it's the manager, she is super attentive and caring. She brought our food to the table and asked me if I want whipped cream on my shake. The food is good. They changed my experience with McDonald's here! Good job!

Mediocre McDonald's ... 3 stars. 1) Got what I ordered and 2) Tt was correct 3) Decent customer experience. Lost two stars cuz the fries were warm but not hot, oily, and not crispy. Pulled the fries out of the oil too quickly. McDonald's fries are the bomb when they are done correctly ... they suck otherwise. These sucked.

When I let the employee know she said "DO YOU WANT TO ORDER OR NOT" No apologies nothing ... I can see why there's so many negative reviews for this location. Staff is less than enthusiastic about working there! My diet Coke was Great, Burger Great! Fries, three days old and soggy with grease! Manager was rude to the Staff! I had to clean my own table! The place was dirty! Orders took too long! Primarily due to under trained Management!
