Wow it’s been a while since I’ve experienced such happy good people working at a Macy D’s. At 8:45 pm tonight we went to get dinner for the family and the manager and the two in the drive windows were on point. This is the store that sets standers up for the other stores to learn from. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE HERE!!

I want to thank Linda for making sure everything was great and sophie for making sure my order was correct and to Danielle for shoring out that my fries were fresh. And they were!! Love this place. Linda is amazing!!!!!Best customer service ever. Loved the quick and convenient ordering process and the smile. Fries were fresh and everything tasted great. This location is great a bit hidden away but worth the extra drive from 281/San Pedro.Really enjoyed my visit here. Thank you again Linda!Employees grow businesses not always there product. This place is a great place to visit.

How many times have I turned around and gone somewhere else because their lobby isn’t open? How many others have done the same? Is ownership so unconcerned about losing a good percentage of their morning traffic just in order to save a few bucks on staffing? What they don’t realize is they’re not just losing morning traffic, they’re losing customers; I don’t go back to a place when I think there’s a possibility that the lobby isn’t open. I only have so much time for meals, I can’t afford to hop from one place to another. I imagine at this point it’s too late to correct it; everyone knows not to go there for breakfast.—Sure enough, they’re closed at lunch, too!

Horrible customer service, with exception of the very new young people. Everyone in there always and I’m serious everyday have an attitude because I come here almost every day. They always have a face, never say hi much less have a good day. Also be getting our orders wrong and I have to uncomviniently get off my car because it’s wrong.

This location was good at one point I had no complaints. But as of lately they have been getting my orders wrong from the drive thru and I have to get off to get what they either didn't put or got wrong.They have the worst customer service with the exception of the young new workers. Even the shift managers never even say hi not even a smile. Super annoying to see everyone in there with a mad upset face.They are lazy when it comes to doing something for the customer and are usually just rolling their eyes when asked for a ketchup or a straw. I hope management does something because they are horrible.

They need to train the staff bad and rude service one girl had long green fake nails couldn't even run the register got coffee was cold then when I went inside to tell them she was rude never saw her make me the other cup of coffee when she gave it to me I opened it up look like something was floating around I just threw it Away left didn't even ask for my money back plus it looked dirty and the some of the employees were wearing big coats and jackets didn't even look clean with the sleeves hanging all over everything they were touching

I’m very disappointed in this store their service is usually on point when I order here but after explaining I didn’t get the sauce or kerwin toy a minute after leaving and coming back which I paid extra for so my sister can try to complete the collection I was told I was wrong even though I brought in the box showing that I didn’t get either and the employee at the front refused to give us the toy that comes with the the meal that they missed and I asked if they can look at the cameras or reimburse me because I didn’t get either she kept saying no and that I would have to buy an entire new meal even though I already paid for the meal that’s supposed to come with the toy and all this while being given attitude please get better training
