Made a mobile order for a 6 piece nugget and waited more than 20-25 minutes for it after walking inside to check for the food. The app didn’t say it was ready yet and while inside there weren’t any pick up orders available so I went back to my car. After waiting 15-20 minutes I didn’t see any update on the app so I walked back inside a second time. This time, there still wasn’t food sitting at the Pick-Up side for mobile orders and there were multiple bags sitting behind the counter in the back not placed up front, not fully enclosed with a sticker. Definitely will not be coming back after this experience, poor service and the manager had no explanation as to why there wasn’t an update on the app when it’s a mobile order. Only that he called and no one came. Never had this issue at any other location; will not come back. Don’t use the mobile app to place an order before coming to this location. Just come in person and try giving your code before placing the order at the speaker or inside to get your points/rewards.

I had an issue today with my app being unable to accept a code for my mobile order, so I went inside and explained to them. All of the staff including the general manager were super friendly. They fixed my problem right away and gave me some delicious food, so thank yall. The food is very appreciated. 🍟 🥤

Police almost got called because DoorDash driver walked behind the counter…dude chill. He was inpatient and rude. Next thing was a customer supposedly witnessing an employee licking his fingers, and proceeding to bag, or “touch” chicken nuggets. Not sure but was enjoying the hell out of my hot fresh nuggets and fries. Poor employees had enough tonight, lol.
Placed an order online for curbside pickup today (12 October 2024). Went to pick it up. Got my food and drove home. Got home to sort food and feed kids only to realize my daughters 10 pc nuggets were missing. Drove back to store and worker that brought food out said "nuggets were in different packages." Absolutely not the case. I had manager get me my missing nuggets order.
One the burgers in my order was not cooked thoroughly (medium well)
Definitely consider other options for dinner.
They were also out of happy meals toys.

McDonald's food is McDonald's food, nothing fancy, everyone knows what to expect from McDonald's food, cheap and quick, usually. But this McDonald's in my opinion is above and beyond, their food is always fresh, service is quick and the friendliness of the staff is excellent, specifically 1 staff members, the staff member im talking about I'm sure everyone who goes there regularly knows, Hispanic, maybe Puerto Rican person who always wears a mask and has tight curly hair, this person goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, always joyful, always friendly and quick to make you feel at home, love his attitude and kindness, the best employee at a fast food chain I've ever experienced, I drive from Cibolo for a breakfast sandwhich and coffee to this McDonald's by the San Antonio Airport passing up many, many McDonald's just because of the service I receive from this staff member every time I'm their. Thank you for your kindness and joyful attitude.
