I ordered on the app to make it fast and easy and instead I was hassled by the GM was a literal joke her name was Bonnie and she wouldn't give me my food that I had already paid for, as though I was stealing food which I paid for a whopping total of $6 and some change I spend almost 20 minutes arguing with her over something that's already mine and paid for. I had to go as far as showing her my email receipt to get what's mine. It was the worst experience I've had at McDonald's ever. I only go to this location because it's down the street from my work but I'd rather drive farther than to deal with Bonnie the GM. I also told her I would leave a bad review and she rolled her eyes. Basically go to any other McDonald's & what's the point of ordering on the app for dealing with that much bs. Don't recommend

We’ve been driving from California to Houston, stopping at many McDonald’s along the way, and this one truly stood out. The food was amazingly fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared, even with our picky orders, nothing was missed and everything was labeled. My mom, who’s usually hesitant about eating out (especially McDonald’s), was blown away. She said the smell brought her back to the 60s, when McDonald’s felt special and people took pride in their work. Outstanding job we’ll definitely be stopping here again on our way back to Cali!

I was surprised their ice cream machine was working lol, no but seriously, this McDonalds is decent in my opinion. Nothing special, however it’s not bad. Nice place for a quick, affordable bite to eat.
Why is at after 10pm it’s like they send everyone home and only have 1 person working

Order 2 happy meal cheeseburgers with No ONIONS!!!!! BOTH had onion they were cold French fries cold also the reason I asked for no onions because I am allergic to onions open the Patty and sing the onions right now I will be on my way to the hospital allergic whoever answered the phone didn't seem to understand or care was I make you two more cheeseburgers that's not the point when I asked for no onions I mean no onions there's a reason I think it would be better if maybe I should sue y'all since you don't seem to understand I could be on my way to the hospital right now you said your name was Christian and you were the manager I called another McDonald's and they never heard of you I'm sure you gave me a fake name but I'm going to report you cuz I cuz I could have died and those onions were in there

Chantelle and the entire staff at this McDonald’s is the best staff in Texas of all the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. This is the very best I’ve ever seen in a McDonald’s.
